Kevin (the beat boxer looks like LeVar Burton) wasn't doing all the beat boxing...Avi (deep bass with no shirt) was beat boxing too as well as doing the laser sounds and bass. Also there were no drums added (before the ptx super fans come for ya on that). Super reaction...thanks guys

If there is a real musical instrument used, you’ll see it in the video. Scott plays the piano, Kevin plays the cello, and has performed at Carnegie hall. Matt, the only replacement in the group is a drummer, but he only plays them in live performances, with Kevin accompanying him on cello. The group performs every genre out there, rap, dance, edm, pop, disco, 60’s, 70’s, 90’s, 2000’s, etc. Having begun in 2011, they have approximately 20 albums released and sing mostly covers, but do have some amazing original songs, as well.

something about daft punk is that in their live shows they mix their own songs. they just dont play a song its a mash up and thats the inspire of this. i think that is one reason it works so good. oh and daft punk was the band that did the 2nd tron movie. say what you want about the movie but the music was great.

The group has stated that there is some post-production work to add chorus/reverb, but no additional sound sources, and the post-production signal processing is almost entirely limited to the melody and harmony: almost nothing is done to Kevin's beat-boxing or Avi (bass vocals) when he does additional beat-boxing and "effect" vocals (much of the "swooshing" sounds are Avi).
Kevin couldn’t wear the contact lens and he does sing watch Amazing Grace is just one song and Mary did you know. But he was brought into the group originally for b boxing.
They released a cover of Seal's kiss for a rose (live) in the Vevo studio a few months ago. They've only gotten better. I recommend their (live 1 take) Evolution of Michael Jackson or Evolution of Arianna Grande, and their original songs Happy Now and Coffee in bed.

No drums, no additional instruments. The group has stated that there is some post-production work to add chorus/reverb, but no additional sound sources, and the post-production signal processing is almost entirely limited to the melody and harmony: almost nothing is done to Kevin's beat-boxing or Avi (bass vocals) when he does additional beat-boxing and "effect" vocals (much of the "swooshing" sounds are Avi).
Kevin couldn’t wear the contact lens and he does sing watch Amazing Grace is just one song and Mary did you know. But he was brought into the group originally for b boxing.
Technically, the group Daft Punk didn't sing this song either...it's a mashup of 7 of their most popular songs.
They released a cover of Seal's kiss for a rose (live) in the Vevo studio a few months ago. They've only gotten better. I recommend their (live 1 take) Evolution of Michael Jackson or Evolution of Arianna Grande, and their original songs Happy Now and Coffee in bed.

Each member is highly talented and as a group they are fire. Avi the base, with the corn rows left the group a few years ago and was replaced by Matt, another incredibly talented vocal and drummer. i think their version of 'kiss from a rose' by seal is better than the original. the beatboxer plays the electric cello, sings, and beatboxes.
