It's a closed roof stadium so it's not raining, it's just the lighting effect you see. But they do have a full on rain concert footage from this october, it's on their official channel, titled Make It Out Alive Premonition World tour 2024 in kaohsiung. It's raining cats and dogs and the whole band is soaked (and the audience too) but the energy is like whoa.

One Ok Rock was on this Ambitions tour when they heard about Chester passing. (It was also around the time they were featured to tour along Linkin Park as the opener)
So on the US shows of this tour, they covered "One More Light" as tribute and right after was this song with longer pause/silent time than whats usually being done in previous stages. Taka was soooo emotional too. Think that might be the start of why many fans thought the longer pause was intended for Chester, as this song has that "being left behind" meaning too.
I saw them live before Chester passed and the pause was about the same. It is a nice thought but it just isn't true.
@jamieg103 Not sure but the silent part from 2017 vid performance b4 Chester passing was def shorter than the one after he passed (within same tour). Yes it was still a long pause as whats originally intended for live but shorter by a minute or so if u time it. Again, not sure why it changed but i can see why many thought its for Chester.
This is the Tokyo Dome, so it's 55 thousand people :) and the camera is selective, there are a lot of men in that crowd too ;)

Yeap as i told ya his idol was Chester , and later not only his idol but his friend too , thats also why he took such a long pause in the beginning , so for next song i would recommend Make it out Alive or Taking Off Live in Field of wonder

The silence at the beginning is not a tribute to Chester. They were doing that pause since before Chester passed. It's just for dramatic effect.
The silence is actually not for chester, they started it before he passed, their was a tribute, he sang one more light in LA as a tribute
