    Or volleyball tbh. I play, and we had to do plyometric workouts over the summer before the season started so we could improve on our jumps for blocking and spiking

      Do how much you want, I don't get why you can't. Since intensity is for strength and volume is for muscles, if you make it intense you will probably see good results fast, but thats probably just for bodybuilding, not calisthenics

      I’m sorry bro, but defenders need vert. On a set piece defenders and specifically centre backs are the tallest in the team which usually they score headers on set pieces.
