- Follow along with this 30 minute full body at-home workout created for soccer players looking to improve their strength and fitness. It's a full follow-along experience which you can do with no equipment from the comfort of your home. You will workout a bit of everything: core, chest, arms, legs, back, and shoulders.
The workout is created and delivered by Pro Fitness Trainer Jesse Asiedu. Jesse is a former soccer player who is currently the men's and women's Assistant Coach at Laurier-Brantford University. He is also the head fitness trainer at the Harris Brand and offers high performance coaching to many elite level soccer players and athletes in the Greater Toronto Area. I think im gonna stick with this for now. I've created a workout before, but it didn't have a variety of different exercises like this, Good vid! Much appreciative especially because I was getting so overwhelmed with creating certain workouts on and off the ball :D
In PE, we're learning about football and my teacher told our class to do this workout. If it weren't for my teacher I never would've known that such a good, fun workout exists! This really helped me gain strength and confidence! Thank you @Extra Training FC

Day 1- Felt pretty good, and since I am currently injured on my left knee(dominate) I am trying to stay fit without pushing too hard
Day 2-Same as yesterday worked a little more hard to but my knee is doing well
Day 3- rest
Day 4- Didn’t have time bc I usually do this in the evening
Day 5- Felt amazing
Day 6- I didn’t realize we weren’t doing pushups for burpees but still did them for more work
Day 7- It felt super fast doing this but I still got 3 more weeks
Day 8- It felt great and I have improved a lot of things when doing this
Day 9- I felt super tired so I think I’m going to rest tmw
Day 10- rest
Day 11- rest
Day 12- Can’t believe its been 12 days but it’s worth doing
Day 13- Its getting easier
Day 14-20- vacation
Day 21- Felt hard since I hadn’t done it in a while but I’m back

Day 2- is better but still struggled with core.

Day 1- felt bad but I'm improving as i'm a bit out of shape
Day 2- a lot of pain but I completed it
Day 3- felt a bit better and I completed it
Day 4- again it was easier but still hard I think its working
Day 5- felt good
Day 6- struggled a lot as I was very tired couldn't complete
Day 8- took a break but back
Day-8 improving
Day 9- felt a bit harder then usual

Day 1 of an average 11 year old - im not in the best shape so this was very hard i struggled but i got through it i feel weak but hopfully my body will get used to it soon.

@@icea47 At that age fitness is not the most important factor, focus on improving your ball touches and techniques. If you're still persistent, I would say do it but half the time and once a week should be enough for your age. .
