@diggy dub will not be boring but yeah there isn't much story to drag out the series..if this was only made for one season only, will be a great series
the thing the injured Balerion was either a fire dragon of equal to or greater size if he went to Valeria as despite being the biggest dragon in Westeros the Targaryens were only a small and minor house in Valeria before the doom and it was stated there were dragons that were equal to even greater then Balerion in size back in those days and if some survived the doom they would have went back to being feral/wild with the Valerians now gone, the other possibility was that he ended up flying north beyond the wall an ran into a ice dragon which are stated to be bigger then any known fire dragon with the average adult ice dragon being 3x the size of a average adult fire dragon and there was a legend/story of some Valerians heading north of the wall to explore and discovering the shimmering lake where they were attacked by a ice dragon that quickly killed 3 of there fire dragons in quick succession before the rest of the Valerians/dragons escaped in terror/fear over how huge that ice dragon was and how easily it slaughtered 3 of there fire dragons and might also explain the weird skin issue/illness the princess had as it breath can instantly freeze most things it hits with fire dragons and other ice dragons (WW and ice spider are likely immune as well) being the only exceptions but even if it's not a direct hit the sheer coldness of there breath can cause frostbite in people not directly hit by it but still close enough to feel the effects of the cold similar to how a direct hit from a fire dragon instantly incinerates any one hit by it but can still severely burn people that are near the fire due to how hot dragons fire breath is, ice dragons breath may also explain why Balerion became weakened/sluggish for the rest of his life since ice magic is the opposite of fire magic so it could very well have caused permanent damage to Balerion both physically and magically.
Did anyone else get sad toward the end of the video? It was hard to hear how the mighty Balerion spent the last few decades of his life. It was even harder to hear how they mistreated him. (slapping his snout) I think he would have preferred to die in battle. I also think he received his wounds trying to protect Aerea. He flew her back to King's Landing despite being severely wounded. @Ole Bramserud You're missing his point. He's saying if that's how big Balerion was, then the others must have been two times his size and even more deadlier in Valyria.
I hope we get to see the wild dragons in this show as well, Cannibal was supposed to be the 4th biggest dragon (in Westeros), just a bit smaller than Meraxes. Then you had Sheepstealer. All way larger than Syrax, Carraxes and Sunfyre, and waaaay larger than Drogon, Vyserion and Rhaegal
I‘d love a scene, where the main characters just fly on their dragons and suddenly, a waaaaay bigger dragon shoots out of the clouds, scaring the living crap out of them. We don't know why Balerion chose a little girl who couldn't control him or a future king who didn't have any desire to fight, but he saw something in them he liked. Even weakened and old, Viserys couldn't have ridden Balerion had the dragon not wanted him to.

Hmmm 2 thoughts, 1st, if a weak or sick Targaryen can become stronger and healthier after bonding with a dragon, like Prince Aenys as a child. Could Balerion have possibly been healed by a new bonded rider? Is that why the keepers kept potential riders from choosing him? 2nd, if the dragons are all related. What if dragon refused to fight dragon? Ok 3, I lied😊. If the dragons are the intelligent and sentient creatures who is supposed to be psychicly connected to their riders. Why are we really not shown it. What would Balerions POV chapter look like?

Liberals have had slaves also. I'm sure that some American native tribes would be described by many as "liberal " but they most certainly had slaves. Same thing with myans, aztecs, and also Vikings
It isn't said that any dragon ever mated with any other dragon. There's literally nothing in any of the ASOIAF books that say anything about dragons breeding aside from speculation on behalf of the citadel
Great content! I have to disagree about Balerion's death being deserved. Targaryens were cruel, not the dragons themselves. They didn't choose to be rode and kill a shitload of people. That's men doing. All in all, Balerion was more a victim of his lords cruelty than anything else. Humans pushed Dragons, and their nature kicked in.
They could of answered so many questions. Instead they created the same questions. They also delivered the most unwanted, and inconsequential characters. "House of The Dragon" is literally a show of people doing nothing but complaining. Its more like house of fu*k boys.
If GRRM goes with GOT ending, id like to think Drogon takes Danys body to the red priestess and is reincarnated like Jon was. You'll see Drogo when the sun sets in the east and rises in the west. She completes the mission in the west and is born again in the east. Could be the prophecy. Or not, everything is speculation past book 5 😂
"Arguably the most famous dragon in fantasy..." 0:49 OK, I'm about to argue. Smaug Drogon Ancalagon Rhaegal Glaurung Viserion The fuching dragon from Beowulf...

Drogon still alive and he is only a child ( less than 10 years old), and Snow series in the making, I'm sure drogon will out grow the balerion The black dread, as the greatest the dragon since dawn of time
Well that depends if cannibal is still alive or not when the show series is still alive I say that he is and is nearly as big as balerion as he has a completely different diet and has been a wild dragon for so long now.

What?! are you saying that Aegon didn't smash with Meraxes and Vhagar? I am sure he must have, he was a great dragon "rider" after all.
Sooo we just gonna forget ghidorah? Puff? Charizard?
Ancalagon the Black. I believe is more famous
"The most famous dragon in the history of fantasy"? I think not, sir. That distinction belongs to Smaug, I would say.
shenron and charizard or dragonite

WHAT ABOUT SMAUG???
I have and happy weekend for my subscribers 📩📩 send a massage the number if you're lucky for the giveaway
Vhagar grew as big as Balerion.
It will be very very interesting how they display it in the inevitable sequel "Dance Of Dragons"
that's a false statement
@@syntheovaldy5173 yeah it’s said Vhagar was approaching Balerion in size but never got to it so yeah not as big as Balerion
I think Ancalagon The Black and Smaug from middle earth are a bit more famous.
They moved to dragon stone in 114BC. Not 114AC. You said it wrong in the video.
LOL videogames don't have Darkeater Midir that's a mid Dragon in both strength and difficulty FATALIS exists son and that's a real dragon who would fuck Midir up like nothing was there
Liberals have had slaves also.
"Arguably the most famous dragon in fantasy..." 0:49
OK, I'm about to argue.
Smaug
Drogon
Ancalagon
Rhaegal
Glaurung
Viserion
The fuching dragon from Beowulf...
Smaug. Hands down, literally started it all.
Why would HOTD include Balerion? Lol...Aerya was already dead by that point
I really want an aegon the conquer series
Why is no one talking about the fact he was badly wounded when he was at the peak of his size does that mean there was a bigger dragon out there?
Here after “BAYLE, the DREAD” wooped my ass in Elden Ring.
From my understanding everything that happens in fire and blood before the show started is still happend . To include girl flying away
Balerion seems compelling for a Dragon
Great video awesome love this
Idk man without maegor the faith wouldve steamrolled the Targaryens
gods I was big and powerful in my prime 😈😈🐲; just was lil slow when I was old 😁
oh a picture of the throne the producers seemed to have fucking ignored
Videogames have dark eater dude ever heard of a little franchise called monster hunter, guess fatalis isn't in the running for best dragon
Dude the flickering background is just horrible stop that please.
Before they were called dinosaurs, they were called dragons or fiery serpents.
Baelon was only 2 when he went into the dragons pit nor did anybody mess with him and he doing nothing about it and it was after Rhaenys death when aegon burned castles
Is it confirmed, that Aerea doesnt exist in the Show or does it just makes sense currently?
the dragon face in the thumbnail i think is Dreamfrye because the face looks so cute like a female Drogon.
Hope we get a flashback and see him
I wanna know what In Valeria was mean enough to leave a 9ft gash on Balerion
The most famous dragon in the history of fantasy? You need to do a little more research and dig a little deeper buddy
Thats the german rapper called spongebozz
Drogon still alive and he is only a child ( less than 10 years old), and Snow series in the making, I'm sure drogon will out grow the balerion The black dread, as the greatest the dragon since dawn of time
Well that depends if cannibal is still alive or not when the show series is still alive I say that he is and is nearly as big as balerion as he has a completely different diet and has been a wild dragon for so long now.
I was always more of a fan of the political intrigue, scheming, and manipulation of the shows. I never needed the dragons or especially the white walkers, but seein em in HOTD had to have gotten everyone somewhat excited
Is it just me or does his skull look like the same size or smaller than Vhagars and Meleys?
Drogon was 7 or 8 years old be probably will be the biggest dragon ever he will be as big as balerians at like 40 lol
Balerion names comes from the God of Death in Old Valyria
Lol at 430 you said his rider would mate with the dragons too??
