I'd make my husband do an STD test if he was overseas like that and accusing me of cheating because cheaters often are the ones that try and frame their partner as being the cheater to distract them from the truth. Meaning that they know they have an STD but they just don't want to admit to it they want to have her be the scapegoat.

Kind of confused on the last story. She was a sneaky B because she managed to get a quick divorce from an abusive man? I mean it didn't sound like she asked for much, and he didn't have much. A person should have a right to quickly divorce anyone, especially a spouse that is abusing you.
Heard a story when I was in the Navy about a chief petty officer who gave his wife complete power of attorney when he deployed overseas. I guess they were having problems in their relationship, because when he returned he found she had sold the house, cleaned out his bank accounts and maxed out his credit cards while moving away. And it was all legal because of the power of attorney.

No. That's only because when they are deployed they can't just fly home. There are alot of things that can and do go very wrong while active duty personnel are deployed. Remember, that's their job. They are also required to have money deposited for family use every month. It's a big tado when you don't take care of your family while deployed. Families are number one as far as most active duty personnel. They can get into alot of trouble if they aren't taken care of. Believe me, I know. I was the Ombudsman for my husband's ship. I had direct contact with the captain if I had any wives needing anything. Was a great system.

Ask for the JAG or base chaplain. If the person is enlisted ask for the command level enlisted (Sgt, Chief)
Military story sounds fake or exaggerated. First off if a service member knowingly gives someone an std without telling them beforehand they have an std, the service member can get in serious trouble. I remember when the iraq war first started, my unit received some complaints from a group of women that a captain in our unit had withheld the fact he had an std and gave them all stds. We were still in the middle of a war in Iraq 2003 and all of a sudden he was relieved from duty and ordered to come back to the states to face disciplinary action. So if this story were true, ops husband would have been njp’d, demoted or possibly forced out depending on the timeline of when this occurred.
last story - that jackbag might as well get used to living in the Barracks on post now, because unless he’s got visitation rights to the kids, there’s no way that he can continue living in Base Housing on post

American here. I've never been sued, I've never sued anyone, I don't know anyone who has, but we are not train wrecks like people in these stories.
