Make sure the one axle trailer can hold the weight when "loaded". There are other things, but a keen eye will catch those. It is cute though!!
I like the ramp better than steps
Not as much storage as a prefab trailer so not as livable but cute! Probable close to 12k grand i bet!
Wished you put in a washer dryer hook up in that space under the stairs
One thing I would disclose/add (I am not the owner) is that it does not have an escape window in the loft, in case of a fire. I would add an egressable skylight window and an outside rv ladder.
