You may have missed the part where he said they set up a booth for ppl who already called it in. So all they had to do was fill out some basic info and you’re good.
What software do you use to have it automatically email those homeowners in the impacted area apart from you manually selecting the email list, uploading the template, and sending it?
Listen there are a lot of fly by night roofing companies that pop up and fade out! You need to be the one who makes the difference in finding a way to be different from all the others! Trust through transparency is a major factor that I hold dearly. And to put 40 hours a week or more into trying to help people in need of repairs will earn you the business! Don’t ever treat people like a dollar sign! That’s what most roofing companies that die did but instead of making friends that you remember like the guy he had several classic cars and he remembers them and was a big talking point. Best approach Don’t say “we’re trying to help” Be the “I am here to help” Take charge Don’t say here’s what we found! Mr.mrs. Opportunity this is what will be repaired and what you are going to do to fix it! Give benefits into the repair! I have been in the Automotive industry for over 20 years and to apply what I have learned into roofing is all the same! Be there for the client and always be in their best interest for their needs!
It's very competitive. It's mentally and emotionally tough. Most people can't handle the rejection of sales. Most people are lazy so turnover is a real thing
18.3 million from 595 roofs mean he made on average $30,860 per roof... And he said 95% residential. How's that work? $30k is an extremely expensive roof for a house.
As an adjuster a roofer will never tell me when he can do an inspection. I’m going to show up do my inspection and make my estimate. If I miss anything we can definitely supplement, but you are not running the show. As a roofer just be cool and be honest and the adjuster will look out if he chooses too. We hate a desperate roofer. If the damage is there it will be covered.
The views on this video a handheld phone camera is just amazing! Great content!
To sign a whole street of people in one time in 30 minutes, you almost have to be standing in the actual hailstorm while it's happening.😂😂
Absolutely wild - legend.

Just started roofing sales this year. 25k profit a roof is crazy. Im starting out getting 500$ every job this is tuff…
You need a profit share contract. Don’t be afraid to go to another roofing company where they do a good profit split with you
You should get minimum 10% per deal. And you should be aiming for 30k-60k roofs (not to say discriminate against the smaller ones)
I'd think y I ud get the lead payment and also a share in the roof after it's built. Like $100-300.00 for a contract and 5% or square payment scale.
Beautiful success story💪💪
That’s powerful..🙏👊
How do you get steady business in areas that do not have hail storms or tornadoes?
Postcards
A lot of money and if you don’t get it I will! 💰
Is he the company owner? Or what kind of profit split was he on? Way impressive either way
What software do you use to have it automatically email those homeowners in the impacted area apart from you manually selecting the email list, uploading the template, and sending it?
Yeah, I’m wondering the exact same thing! Hmmm??
What you're looking for is a CRM that has an autoresponder feature or supports 3rd party email autoresponder services like mailchimp or get response.
Would you say most of this is just storming leads? How may leads is he running in a year? What’s the average job size?
500+ jobs… yes this was a huge storm year in that area, which makes sense this kind of volume

Best approach

Be the “I am here to help”
Take charge
Don’t say here’s what we found!

Matthew is such a stud
This is eye opening and inspiring. Thanks for the inspiration sir! 😮👊🏼💫
Highest turnover in the construction trade is outside sales for roofing companies. The turnover is as high as a solar panel salesman.

It's the Fear messing with you.

Yes
Those big companies charge a lot
Like you can go 8k and there almost double
Or big job tile or residential
Or town homes or a couple big tpo jobs
All my roofs are over $30k. Unless they’re tiny.
they also selling siding and gutters an roofs and windows
Funny that’s what I plan on have my average roof price come down to. ($30,000 per roof)

All I hear is how much money you make.
18.3 in one year?
Yes
He’s not doing 18.3 mill by himself in one year.
You better have 30 huge commercial jobs. No one has that much time in a year to land 18 million on residential homes.
@@ericbugh5393 500+ individual homeowners :) he’s very proud of that
@@HookAgency No he said it in the video. 18.3 million over 23 years. LOL 18.3 million in one year? Maybe Amazon or Apple.
