Owner of A&M Premier Roofing & Construction here. Excellent video! Thank you for sharing your success, struggles, and insight. Keep crushing it, because I need a target to beat and I’m coming very quickly, my friend. Awesome 👏👏👏
This is a great interview, you can tell Martin is probably highly skilled at most things he attempts to master. I understand what he's saying about supplements, it's always best practice to supplement a job prior to or during the installation. The reason supplementing exists is primarily because adjusters are over worked and under supported, and they miss things. Now that adjuster incomes continue to plummet, it's only going to create more issues for roofers that do insurance jobs. If carriers could do claim handling efficiently, and pay adjusters accordingly, there would be a lot less need for supplementing roofer. Our current average is ~27% increase from the original RCV. Imagine missing out on that additional gross revenue.
Really appreciate the information you guy's provided me. We are a 4 year roofing company here in Oklahoma and we've built our business on doing quality work. Customer satisfaction is key to building a great company. We are learning more and more about the business side of things everyday...so i look for any great information i can get from listening to these videos!
That beast right there has the mindset only 1% of people in the world have. A relentless, true cleaner that is filled with more leadership quality’s than this character count would allow me to write. Honor to be part of it.. crazy part is.. there is way more to come from him, as he has only just begun. 👑
Just the beginning. Time to dominate brother. Thanks for all your mentorship over the years and opportunity to impact an entire nation. Thanks Dmitry for the opportunity, you are amazing and seeing you impacting the industry is incredible… we love your videos and learn so much from you
I really appreciate guys like Martin and Demitri when I hear that they care enough in there sales work force to provide a base salary or salary, it makes me feel that it had to be a company out there where I can fit and grow. Is hard when you begin in this industry and they offer you a full commission job when you have a family to support and they say that you have a huge potential because of your sales background and have nothing for weeks to keep your family afloat. I really hope that other companies follow your foot steps, and of course it has to be a level of accountability but, without training and a way to provide to your family is extremely difficult to succeed. Thank God I found videos like this one from Dimitri to learn but, I have experienced a lot of struggles. And I haven't been able to succeed yet, but I believe in the industry and I will continue to work and find a way to succeed and give the life that my family deserves. Thank you guys!
To make the home owner confident and comfortable with your experience in this industry. As a professional, being honest and caring, and truly understanding where they come from brothers
Loved the video. Monarch Roofing has gained another follower. I think a question I have would be. What is your advice for a company barely starting out in this industry but doesn’t have the reviews like others? I know a lot of people mention to their homeowners to do their research and look for reviews so how can said starting company overcome that review challenge?
Martin, I’ve been following you for a long time on Instagram. Glad to see this interview! You’ve got an incredible company. Funny story, before I started my own roofing company and was working for another, I contemplated reaching out to you to see if I could come work for you, that’s how impressed I was and am. I’ve never had that thought about any other company I’ve followed. Keep up the good work!
Thank you so much for the kind words… they mean more than you think! Very blessed and honored to get to serve our community everyday. Reach out anytime always
Great video, I strongly believe in your philosophy and how you continue develop SOP's as the business needs more organization. I'm currently in Myrtle Beach for business and would love meet you if your time permits.
Thank you so much for your comment. Commitment to create SOP is so important but also so easy to get busy in the business day to day and pass on. Commit. Im mostly working in the hilton head island location but definitely dm me and can connect. Thank you
Great interview guys. Thanks for sharing. Other than the base that you mentioned for inside and outside sales, what are the roles and responsibilities that you have found success with for outside sales vs inside sales? Also, how do you track closing percentages when involving multiple people in the sales process itself?
I know Monarch Roofing , Best roofing company SC n NC Funny thing is that I used to manage a Roofing company in Clear coast NC ,one day I was in my company vehicle whit the owner and he told me " stay away from monarch " I'm wondering why 😂 . He was very very very worry about me leaving his company for Monarch.
Hahaha that made my day! Thanks for sharing! Glad that we get to help our community and have respect from other roofing company. Let’s help each other so we can raise standards.
More answers are in roofing-school.com We don’t publish full company tours on channel and keep private info in school. Main reason is not make company that opened doors to us vulnerable to their competition.
Dimitry you are a great interviewer . Great Job your question are not timid . That helps me a lot. your bold and i think the order of the questions are amazing always entertaining to see the up down up down . like its a overtime last 5 seconds and the team thats down sinks the tying shot to keep it going. . on edge.. ... i would like to hear why some roofing companies dont train employees to fill the shoes of leading roles in the company. i know its because of greed but i just left a company that said there wasnt a ceiling and i was telling them that it felt like job and not career . all they had to do was let me see an exatimate or a bid something to keep me believing their bullshit . i was looking out for them because the 4 lead players were family and they were getting older and should want to leave a legacy ... so maybe you could ask why roofing companies dont invest in their employees... thanks SKEEEE Troy @ Trademarck Rooofing Oklahoma

I always smile when you say “you have accent..” instead of an accent. It’s intentional and perfect context 👍

We call Wilmington our "swat" team! Smaller office filled with efficiency lead by Brian and Mike… amazing what they can do. Stop by

Monarch Roofing is by far the biggest gimmick I've ever seen. Awful reputation in my area, suppliers, crews, sales people, homeowners.. you name it
