This is exactly what I was looking for to mount on my toro but im going to have to save my pennies being retired sucks sometime!!!!

Hey Danny, just checking in on the chute blocker for the Toro 72" that we spoke about early in December. The 60" blocker is working great on our Toro.

Wish there was a partial open position
You can hold it manually open temporarily or you can also rig it temporarily with some hardware, but just understand these are thick steel and won’t flex like a factory plastic or rubber option.

I have the Ferris isx 52 version but there is to much blow out from it and it does not stay closed when being used. Will try to adjust it some how.

Will this fit a Quest 48"? Looks like the gray plastic body control molding on my mower may be in the way

if you used chain link could you add a peg to ikeep it locked at different openings?
Hi Milton, we are entertaining rigging options for those who want the feature, but haven’t fell in love with anything just yet.
Does it rest on the spindle guard? Or is it “floating” when opened
Hi Jimmy, the chute sits back against the factory pulley guard mount when in the open position. When you want to close it, simply pull the cable, flick your wrist again to re-open. Ultra simple. We have an accessory available as well, that allows you to keep the plate up, ands from striking the guard. Not necessary, but it depends on preference. Thanks for the question. -Danny
Hey Danny, absolutely incredible product. I have a 2002 ex mark Lazer ZHP 52 inch will it fit that? I have the factory brackets still on the deck I could give you the measurement if need be thanks John.

@@SpeedtrapCHUTE thanks for getting back with me Danny I figured as much I thought I’d give it a shot as I am going to pick up a new X mark this summer or fall. I thought if it would fit I’d pick up the speed trap now and use it on the old and then just put it on the new one. 22 years and almost 12,000 hours. I guess it is time for a new mower. Crazy how those mowers are still out laying it down in the field! I know a couple guys fairly deep in the industry and they still use those as their personal mowers, and they’re still going strong! As long as it’s the Exmark ultraCut deck, with the single gas tank under the seat, they will fit yes.
Do you have to drill holes in your mower to install this?
