Placed my 6.5 Creedmoor Super Varmint in the GRS Bifrost. Superb, no complaints and most comfortable stock I have used.

Thanks for this video. Pointing out the pin on the bottom plate that needs trimmed helped me out. Getting the little bolt release pin wedge in took some trimming also, as the pin hole in it wasn’t big enough.

Thanks for review. How this stock is different from factory tikka(except looking cool), if it doesnt have any type of bedding block? Does it made from special "superpolymer" that doesnt get deformed or chipped over time shooting?

Thanks so much for this. Really interested in a GRS for my T3x CTR 6.5 CR, and this is convincing me that the Bifrost may be the way to go.

I have two rifles by Tikka, a T3x in 243 and a T1x in 22lr and I thought one of these would do very nicely for them.
So, I bought one and fitted it into the 22lr T1x as per instructions, adjusted it to fit me.
But being quite a small guy, it felt quite bulky and plus it is heavier than the standard rifle.
Both my Tikka share a Harris style bipod, both have over barrel suppressors and have Vortex Diamondback scopes.
To be honest, I shot the standard 22lr rifle better, it was easier to carry and plus it came up quicker for a quick shot.
So, my Bifrost is up for sale, the concept is great but in practice just too bulky and heavy.
Sorry, just does work for me!

I can see a variation going in and it being for 3 more rifles with GRS stocks I can see it being .22lr T1x 22-250 varmint and .260 CTR

    • @GunMartTV

Don't want to rain on your parade, but I've just been on the Tikka website and it says the CTR is no longer available ... Might want to check that out, as I have no idea. And though there's nothing wrong with 260 Rem, a better bet would be 6.5 Creedmoor, as it's near enough the same thing, but more popular and as calibre history shows us older designs quickly fall out of favour, certainly in terms of factory ammo availability.

That's a complete brand new rifle in a bespoke full billet aluminium chassis system. With weights, arca pic clamp, pic rail, mag and muzzle brake. (the MBE muzzle brakes are pretty awesome themselves) Could easy drop £2500 on a decent scope.
Sounds like a bargain to me.

I’ve just put a variation in to purposely get one one these I’m hoping to put a GRS stock on it and a wildcat panther the only thing I’m worried about is a over barrel mod weren’t fit on the 16inch barrel just wandering what mod you’ve got here obviously it’s a 20 inch version
