I have my bridge pierced and wear glasses. It really all depends on the type of frames you have that either make it a comfortable fit or janky feeling.
You look so pretty with the lighter makeup. Like, the darker or more bold makeup still looks awesome, but you look super pretty with the lighter colors, too.
I had my nipples pierced on two separate occasions. First time was more painful than the second. I also had dermals along my collarbone which was so freakin cute but with everything that rubbed them they ended up rejecting after about 6-8 months :( and I got my VCH over two years ago now. Best piercing ever!!! Least painful and easiest/fastest to heal. The last piercer I went to have some good advice, don’t let the thought of the pain deter you from getting something you want, because likely it doesn’t hurt as much as you think and if it does that pain only lasts a moment!
The contacts bra comment 😂 I had to pause that to laugh I was cracking up so bad my dad came to see if I was okay . I can totally relate my glasses are the first thing I put on in the morning and last thing I take off at night
I used to be that way with contacts, until I had an eye dr explain to me there was only one lense approved by the FDA for dry eyes and that bc of my allergies, I may have developed an allergy over time to lense solution. So I took zyrtec and switched lenses. Now my contacts are so comfy, I forget they are in. You look extra pretty in this video. Shirt's pretty color and makeup looks nice.
You'd look really good with a labret piercing! But I think you'd suit snakebites even more (2x side lip piercings). I have them and they're one of my favourite piercings. If you're considering a side lip piercing, I'd go with snakebites because they're symmetrical. With your nostrils + septum I think a single side lip piercing would look out of place.
I got my Monroe pierced and I’ve had it pierced for 4 years now. I know everyone is different but personally for me it hasn’t worn down my gums or anything when most people say be careful with oral piercings because they can interfere with your teeth and gums over time. I’ve went to the dentist and everything and they’ve said everything is fine. I’m glad because this is my fave piercing.
I have a christina and it didn’t hurt like you think it would. Just the initial needle going in pinched. I also have a snug and it with my anti tragus are my favorite piercings.
I have 12 piercings I just had my anti-tragus done, I have both tragus pierced, both daith, about to get my other forward helix done tomorrow and numerous helix piercings. I have been considering a snug as well.
I have both nipples pierced. Yes, they do hurt to be pierced, and the healing time the first two weeks sucks, but you take some Advil or something and wear a comfy sports bra, and you’ll be fine. I plan on getting a VCH piercing next year, but I’m nervous about it. I have watched a few RUclips videos on the process, and they only made me more nervous. It’s a sharp pain that everyone who’s had it done says it’s super quick and brief (because the skin is so thin), but the reaction of the customers getting it done is not very comforting.
nickj12 I have a horizontal hood piercing and it barely hurt at all. My piercer used a clamp and that was definitely the most painful part. My reaction was more than all my other piercings (I have 15 for now) but it was mostly because I was anticipating it to be worse than it was. Also it heals super fast and easy which great! You shouldn’t be that nervous because I promise your VCH isn’t going to be as bad as you think.
Ashley I hope you’re right because I’m scared to death. I have my nipples pierced, my rook, and conch pierced, but I don’t have a high pain tolerance, and genital piercings are such a sensitive area.
nickj12 thats a good tip for nipple piercings is a soft but tight fitting bra. It helps them not move around and for me even fabric from a loose shirt on them in the beginning was too much lol. Ive also been thinking of getting my VCH. Im not so much afraid of the pain as I am the healing I think. Cus, that, would be the most annoying. Especially to hide from my family who doesnt need to know lmao (cus i live in a house full of girls and if im walkin funny someones gonna notice xD)
tyblips I live with my sister, so I’d just have to hide it from her, lol! She knows my plans to get it, but she disapproves. The good thing is a VCH piercing is supposed to fit the natural curve of your body, so you shouldn’t be walking too funny for too long. And I did the same thing with the sports bra! Tight but comfy, and I wore them for a week.
nickj12 my aunt and cousin might cringe but would likely be fine, my mother would slap me i think xD. And if my grandmother found out... ohhhboy... im 23 but still a child in her eyes. And the piercings shes not a fan of regardless, and ive already got 17 of them lol. But i know for me even shorts or pants rubbing me can be a bother without the VCH piercing, so my worry is id need skirts constantly or id just be uncomfortable the whole time I had clothes on lol. As much as i really wanna get it still lol
I'm getting my nipples done I had always said no to getting them done but when I learned that they fix inverted nipples I was like yep I'm getting them!
I agree with your reasoning. For me, tattoos and piercings are deeply personal, and should reflect me in some meaningful way, if that doesn't sound too cheesy. It is endearing to see such animation and expression coming from one person. It's like me. One of my customers said I have a very expressive face. I think that was a compliment. At least, I took it as such. :0)
I felt the same way about nipple piercings. I really liked how they look but never thought I would get it done! Let me tell you didn’t hurt one bit and they look amazing!
I started with nipples, and also had some *lower piercings* when I was younger, pain level was fun and didn't last. getting my first visible piecing in a couple weeks :D
Nipple piercings are super cute! I had mine for over a year and recently took them out.. I had no problems with healing, other than some crusties but everyone gets those.. I took them out because I missed sleeping without a shirt on, showering without worrying about catching them, etc. I still have my VCH and I plan on keeping that one a long time! It pinched but it wasn't excruciating. It healed in about 3 weeks and doesn't get in the way (: So I'd say.. VCH definitely worth it, nipples not so much (IMO).
Experience with smiley: Kept it in for only a month because it constantly made my upper lip hurt Nipples: Did not hurt me much at all, I feel like my nostril made me flinch more 😂
I went in to get a snug piercing and the piercer refused to do it because she said almost 100% of the time they reject and they scar super bad, and they almost never heal.
A few days ago I got both my nipples pierced, i'm very sensitive too and i'm not going to lie is hurts. Buuutt it is so worth it! The pain is so soon gone you just forget:) don't let the pain stop you from doing it! :)
I got mine done a month ago and it felt more like a muscle cramp than searing pain. As soon as it was done the "pain" went away. They were just a little sore fore a few days and now I don't even feel them. Just get them done then you can say if your reservations were justified :p
Dude my contacts bother me SO MUCH. I wear my glasses like 100% of the time. So I can't see a bridge piercing working for me, either. Also.. the idea of a nipple piercing totally freaks me out.
Ok, I know this video has been out for 3 months but I just watched it. And you made me laugh out loud with you hand gestures and when you said “Hot mess express” 😂
The nipple piercings are very troublesome. My sister got them done and she could of lost her nipples haha because if their done wrong or get infected they die and fall off. Hip piercings scar quite bad too haha
Haha I have a sternam 90° bar that goes under the skin better known as a cleavage peircing 4/10 for pain... I also have a Christina peircing which is a peircing that goes right above the.. ima call the C of your lady flower, it's so pretty and I use a belly button ring for it😝
Recently got both my nipples pierced and honestly they were less painful than my helix. The second one hurt a bit more like I could feel a split second where it met a bit of resistance but other than that they were fine and look super cute ^_^ debating my VCH as well
Also if you got a dermal on your neck tattoo, I’ve heard people’s horror stories of when they would go to the hair salon and people would ALWAYS brush past them 😬
OMG I'm the same, no nipple piercings for me! I have tiny chest so all the nerves are super cetrally located. OWWWW! And yes, the snug piercing is a big ass thick part of cartilage, I'm sure if I got that one, it'd be like "bitch, I'm not healing."
I had both of the two painful. Boobs were terrible. Ugh but the hood was not bad. And I use to have the chest dermal very cute. I had to have everything that was different
Geaux Gretchen i just dont like having something in my ear canal and to put my fingers near the tragus and having them in my ear. But i want the tongue web done lol...
Desirae 1394 i’ve had my vertical labret twice and loved it! the healing was surprisingly quick and not that painful! for the first few days it’s kinda hard to eat but that’s kinda it really! i had to take mine out due to it being pierced wrong twice lol but i plan on getting it repierced! i definitely recommend it! :))
i'm relatively sensitive, but my nipple piercings were SO easy! I was genuinely surprised, I was prepared to pass out tbh, but they went through so easy, my conch piercing hurt more. What was HORRIBLE, however, was the 3 days after. That soreness is something I still get nightmares about Lmao
Nipple piercings are both a blessing and a curse. They hurt like a bitch yes lol. But only when she was actively doing them, afterwards it was fine if i didnt move the bar. But cute as fuck and i had like no sensitivity before and they did add to that so was worth it.
I so love watching your videos and I can totally relate to the reasons why you wouldn't get those piercings because I'm the same and yes I wear glasses, I'm sensitive and a dumbass. :)
I've had both nipples pierced for about 3 years now and have never had any issue with them aside from them being more perky under the shirt without a bra lol pain wise, not the worst, but that first shower almost made me slip from the shock lol
I love Monroe piercing’s and Dimple piercing’s. Also Labret’s I know the middle would line up with your septum and other nasal piercings, but I think the one’s to the side are super cute.
Contacts are just like a bra! Sooner they're out, the better! And nipples didn't hurt but for a literal second. My hoods too small to pierce, so I did a Christina. It's a bitch!! And talking about dermal, my dog ripped mine out 🤣
I have my bridge pierced and wear glasses. It really all depends on the type of frames you have that either make it a comfortable fit or janky feeling.
Ah! This is the response I’ve been hoping for! Thank you for relaying your experience. 😄
You look so pretty with the lighter makeup. Like, the darker or more bold makeup still looks awesome, but you look super pretty with the lighter colors, too.

I have my nipples pierced, was sooo nervous because I'm sensitive too but omg it was totally bearable! There wasn't a whole lot of pain whatsoever
I have mine done too! I love them so much and the pain is super bearable. My daith piercing was WAAY worse to get done.
You'd look really good with a labret piercing! But I think you'd suit snakebites even more (2x side lip piercings). I have them and they're one of my favourite piercings. Aww Gretchen, you’re so real and it makes me chuckle as you say what I’m thinking!
I have a faux snug! The look of the snug without the issues with healing that snugs tend to have.
you look SO good in yellow!!!!!!
My nipple piercings were the easiest so far, no pain after. The vch was painful going in but right after no pain, the after care is super easy.
What's the time of healing like for a vch? I've been thinking about getting one.
I have a christina and it didn’t hurt like you think it would. Just the initial needle going in pinched. I also have a snug and it with my anti tragus are my favorite piercings.

Have you heard and seen the engagement ring piercings...they look painful, I would be scared I would rip it out.
Just looked it up because I hadn’t heard of it before...I’d DEFINITELY accidentally rip that out! 😱
I agree with your reasoning. For me, tattoos and piercings are deeply personal, and should reflect me in some meaningful way, if that doesn't sound too cheesy. One of your most entertaining videos. I love how animated you are.

regardless of wat u get I can assure u , u can definitely pull it off lol ur super cute and I LOVE ur personality.
Experience with smiley: Kept it in for only a month because it constantly made my upper lip hurt
Nipples: Did not hurt me much at all, I feel like my nostril made me flinch more 😂

I keep getting comments like this about how it’s really not that bad. Hmm... might have to rethink my stance 🤔😁
Geaux Gretchen Yeaaahh! If you really want it, you should do it! :D
I got mine done a month ago and it felt more like a muscle cramp than searing pain. As soon as it was done the "pain" went away. They were just a little sore fore a few days and now I don't even feel them. Just get them done then you can say if your reservations were justified :p
I got my nipple pierced I love it! I’m 18 and no it hurt the same as a ear lobe piercing to me 4/10 but the after was like chaffing
I relate. All of these piercings freak me out on how much they would hurt. Love your channel. ❤❤
Dude my contacts bother me SO MUCH. I wear my glasses like 100% of the time. So I can't see a bridge piercing working for me, either. Also.. the idea of a nipple piercing totally freaks me out.
Right?! I like wearing my contacts, but my eyes hate it, so I wear my glasses a lot.
Ever considered snake bites and a medusa ? It would suit you because it would match your 2 nostrils and septum ❤️
You should get an industrial piercing or my favorite piercing

at 7:48 living lol best thing you can tell anyone
I love the way you say piercings :)

Tragus i will never get it freaks me out
I’ll admit, it freaked me out before I got mine done mostly because mine is so tiny, I was terrified it would reject or something.
Geaux Gretchen i just dont like having something in my ear canal and to put my fingers near the tragus and having them in my ear. But i want the tongue web done lol...
Same. I don’t like the location of it. It’s right over the ear hole, lol. The idea of it falling in makes me cringe.
My boys told me I have colanders for ears. 🤦🏼♀️😂
I really want a vertical labret but don’t think I could handle the healing process.

I have my nipples pierced and they did hurt but my septum hurt waaayyyy more than they did.
I’m jealous that you have so many piercings, I’m sooo prone to infections and nothing likes to heal on me :(
I agree with the dermals, they look great, but I heard that in time they grow out.. so I don't think they're worth it.
i have my nipples pierced, and it hurts when you get it (a loooot) and maybe the first two days, but that's it:) for me at least😂

I've had both nipples pierced for about 3 years now and have never had any issue with them aside from them being more perky under the shirt without a bra lol pain wise, not the worst, but that first shower almost made me slip from the shock lol
Omg that whole video had me laughing 😂
Would you get your tongue pierced?
I’m like a bull in a china shop lmao. Me too girl me too
are u a teacher
nathan cassidy I used to be! Realized it wasn’t for me though.
And they did hurt but mine went numb right after the needle went through
I love Monroe piercing’s and Dimple piercing’s. Also Labret’s I know the middle would line up with your septum and other nasal piercings, but I think the one’s to the side are super cute.
I would really love to get a nipple piercing, and I'm sure they're not as painful as people make them out to be.

And nipples didn't hurt but for a literal second. My hoods too small to pierce, so I did a Christina. It's a bitch!! And talking about dermal, my dog ripped mine out 🤣
I had to look up what a Christina is and now I have sympathy pains LOL 😂😭
Geaux Gretchen girl.... I’d rather have another child than do that again. She went SOOOO slow while piercing it. But I love the look of it!!!
I’m jealous that you have so many piercings, I’m sooo prone to infections and nothing likes to heal on me :(
