I just wanted to drop by to say that your Ultramarine and Tyranid starter videos made me finally realize that painting up minis isn't too intimidating nor complicated. Got myself a set of the old Cadian Shock Troops and a couple washes as I already own some acrylics myself, hope to see more from you man!

I do love this mode and yours looks wickedl!! I have one in each pose but not had the guts to paint her yet. My skills are fairly 'battle-top ready' so want to improve a bit before working on the Minka Twins. I managed to drill out the bolt pistol with the smallest bit I had - was a bit worried that was going to wreck it but worked a treat! I started Imperial Guard 2 years ago and not a fast painter at all. My tanks all come out extremly well and I enjoy painting them, but painting Cadian infantry (old or new) I find very tedious. I started with the old classic castallen green/lorren forest highlight method so stickling with it. Ive not read the books. Only black library ive read is Kreig - was ok, 6/10 id rate it.
I just realised it was your sentinil tutorial I followed recently - and they look sweet! Mine is probably not far off yours which give me some confidene to follow this !! Thanks man!
