I've been gone for about 4 months...to be honest, even more. I would post here and there, but never consistently for a while. Now, we're finally getting the grasp of everything. There was a lot of taking leave, vacation, going to school, etc. So, getting in a groove was difficult. but we're back! Let's finally kick it into gear.

Recruiting has changed so much!! I liked doing the school events and making students do push ups for t-shirts, etc. but being outdoors with out headgear while in uniform at a function is a NO-GO!!

We still do all those things. I’ve had my head gear most of the time, until I was wearing a black shirt. It was the uniform for recruiters that day 🤙🏻
