Well as a newbie to Sutdio lighting for portraiture this is a masterclass in optimising lighting.
It seems current technology (App for flights, HDMI et) has made setting ip and repeatability a lot easier.
I also like the idea of continuous lighting rather than flash as it is much easier on the eyes for the subject.
The great results in the video of your portrait clearly demonstrates the effectiveness of the set up and the great photographic talent of your patient wife!
great set up. constant lights are coming back! i remember my high school senior portraits were taken with constant studio lights. they were shot on 120 film too but it hasnt come back quite as strongly.

How did you mount the monitor on the tripod?
Hi there. What flash trigger are you using?
None I was using continuous lights
no more flash then? only led lights?
In this setup yes I used all LED lights. Same setup can be done with flash if you want to
