I ran this with my family. My favorite moment was when my mom (playing a bard) used inspired courage on Anchor Root to help her deal with the gremlins. The two of them wound up pied-pipering almost all the gremlins in the city out into the jungle! Of course, there's now a small army of gremlins running around that worship Anchor Root as a savior figure. I'm sure that won't have any consequences.

Liked and subscribed. I purchased Doorway to the Red Star, the 5th of the APs in the Strength of Thousands because I wanted to get start of Akiton in 2e. I really want to take my players there soonish. I hope we'll get to see your take on it eventually.
I am wondering if this game is streamed anywhere. I would love to watch how this is being played out as I am DMing this game for my family and it has proven to be a chore trying to get them not to respond to everything like rabid murder hobos or by just trying to get me to hand-hold them every step of the way...

I'm a bit too oversaturated with games at the moment, but I'm about equally torn between wanting to play a male Firefly Sprite Ancestors Mystery Oracle (therefore a "fairy god father") in this adventure path and wanting to run it for at least two of the groups I play with. Your thoughts on the roleplay and pacing and just letting the characters do their own things have been super helpful in planning my own running of the game

This AP is just great. I GM this one of my three campaigns and this one is most enjoyable. I really love how NPC here are fleshed out. Currently we are in the later half of second book. Last night I played the guy who really likes fire and it was blast for me (sometimes literaly).
Foundry is awesome! Our GM is the expert, so I can't really speak on it, but I know she uses all the PDF to Foundry modules and is always saying how they're a lifesaver.

The opposite of murderhobo? Well, murder is taking life and I guess the opposite is securing life like a medical professional, and hobos travel while the opposite would be staying at home, so I guess the opposite of murderhobo is Dr. House. Wait... That ain't right.
