here is a variety recipe for you..! Kuzhi Appam with vegetable curry .! Just try and enjoy the taste..!!
Ingredients for Appam:-
Raw Rice - 2 cups
Cooked Rice - 1 cup
Grated Coconut - 1 cup
Coconut Water - 1/4 Cup(optional)
Water to grind - 1 cup
water to adjust the batter consistency - 1/4 Cup (approx)
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 to 2 tsp
Coconut Oil
Ingredients - Vegetable Curry
Potato - 3 no
Carrot - 1 no
Onion - 1 no
Green Chilly - 4 Nos
Ginger - 1/2 " pc
Coconut Milk - 1/2 cup (second extract)
coconut oil - 1 tbsp.
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
curry leaves
salt
மேடம் குட்டி அப்பம் செய்முறை நன்றாக இருந்து. எனக்கு இந்த அப்பத்தை நீங்க செய்யும் போது எனக்கு மிகவும் பிடித்து இருந்தது.உருளைகிழங்கு கறியும் நன்றாக இருந்து.இதை செய்து பார்க்கிறேன்.நீங்க எப்படி இருக்கீங்க.உங்களுடைய பதிவை பார்க்கிறேன்.இன்று குட்டி அப்பம் எங்களுக்கு புதிதாக இருந்தது அதனால் அதனை பற்றி பாராட்டினேன். நன்றிமா.

Wow! New method. My Appam pan doesn't work well in the new electric range abroad with a button on the top. It requires heavy bottom pan with flat surface. Now I can make cute Appam using your method. Thank you🙏 நன்றி

you can use appa chatti or any dosa pan for flat appam . for this shape use paniyara chatti cast iron or nonstick..

Hi mam.can we keep the coconut mix with rice mixer out side for 8 hrs....coz normally coconut can spoil very fast...tq
this will not spoil.. ferment only.. keep outside only..

you can add soaked beaten Rice (Aval)
