- Jon Kabat Zinn body scan. Do this daily until you develop a new habit of living in the body. At times of stress and difficulty, this is a subtle tool helping us to return to the 'island of self' , a place where deep inner peace can be found, a place where decisons can be made without negativity and with a new awareness of ourselves and our place in the world. This is one in a powerful series of meditations by Kabat Zinn.
You need to create a practice in order to get the most out of this but the benefits can often be perecived almost immediately.
