  • Jon Kabat Zinn body scan. Do this daily until you develop a new habit of living in the body. At times of stress and difficulty, this is a subtle tool helping us to return to the 'island of self' , a place where deep inner peace can be found, a place where decisons can be made without negativity and with a new awareness of ourselves and our place in the world. This is one in a powerful series of meditations by Kabat Zinn.
    You need to create a practice in order to get the most out of this but the benefits can often be perecived almost immediately.

    This meditation and the 'sitting' one by Kabat Zinn are the basis of a successful meditation practice that will release stress and bring peace. I give these to my students and they always love them. These meditations are a gift to the world - so thank you Jon Kabat Zinn - without these I had nothing as powerful to offer. Do them daily or at least twice weekly
