    I stop doing streching exercise for 2 months because my family members infected with corona but we all are fine now. But I lost to much of my flexibility 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

    Hey Khushi. I'm watching from Mexico, I'd like to start doing back stretching but I have a huge question. Does the headache and uncomfortableness go away after some time? Because everytime I'm in a backbend for over 2 minutes, I have a bit of headache and feel dizzy.

      Hi,
      Dizziness and a bit of headache is common while doing any sort of backbend, but it usually fades away after sometime. So the solution for this is : practice deep breathing exercises (if possible, inversion postures), begin with smaller duration of backbend hold and increase the time duration gradually instead of pushing it too far.
      Moreover, don't forget the forward folds and relax after a deep stretch.
