    Rashidi was not a fallen hero, he remains a hero and African legend forever. A great man indeed.

    A natural 9, you can't teach the stuff he does on the football pitch. Nigerian have not replaced him since and I don't think they ever will.

      He was my favourite player in 94 World Cup and then like a dream miracle he came to my Greece team Olympiakos but unfortunately he didn’t stay for long.

    heroes are like the northern star. they remain as constant as the northern star even in death. Rashidi Yakini, the legacy left will continue to be a refreshing source of inspiration in all times to come. RIP

    You're wrong, sir. He did not die of depression. He died from poor treatment in a dubious facility his family subjected him to! Of course, they would not allow an autopsy and quickly buried him. RIP our hero.
