- Gus takes Jesse to the Mexican cartel to show them how to cook blue meth. Jesse then proceeds to show them how it's done.

Walt invented method was one reason he got 99% pure product , but he also demanded extreme cleanless in lab and perfection in cooking process. One fly in lab and he refused to cook. One degree too hot or too cold solution and it was not good enough. All conditions must be precise and perfect. In Seinfeld there was character who made the best soup in the world and demanded perfect ordering procedures. He was secretly
referred to as the Soup Nazi. I guess we can call Walt as Meth Nazi and he was Jesse`s mentor.

I actually did that to myself with a hazmat suit and a piece of corrugated hose shoved into my air conditioner during one brutal summer. It actually worked, but I couldn't do that all day.

@@davejones9469 Lmao yeah that fly episode still annoys me to this day. It's so weird and unlike all the other episodes. Still, that does make it funny and memorable.
@@Mikauo_Xblade Yeah despite the hate, I enjoyed it at the time. Doesn't stand out in my memory as a particularly bad episode, but it was definitely a "bottle" episode, where they used it to save a bunch of money by keeping it so...sparse lol.
*It even had a bit of story purpose, foreshadowing how obsessed Walt can become.
