    Don't forget the relentless winds that very seldom ever stop the road closers in the winter from blowing drifting snow 50 below temperatures along with 80 mile an hour winds and higher semis liying in the ditches from being blown over yes there's a lot to do here but fill your pockets with rocks to hold you down

      Wyoming is the leading coal producing state. It also has the largest coal reserves. Low sulfur western coal is favored over eastern coal because it produces less SO2, a major contributor to acid rain.

      MAGA or conservative? They are distinctly different. Conservatives know that.
      Conservatives aren't narcissistic, protectionist, isolationist, or racist.
      What the Hell does RINO actually mean? All you have to do to register with a party is tell someone - usually a clerk. Just a name. No tests (good idea for MAGA types), no blood samples, loyalty oaths. Just a name.

      I am totally aligned with your political views, but someone needs to put you in check because if you truly believed in our constitution and Wyoming's core value (Don't tell others how to live their lives) then you would know that everyone in this country has a god given right to move to any other state and vote for any political party that they choose no matter what the current majority of that area is. And if enough voters who are opposite of you manage to change the politics in your hometown then as an American you have the right to either accept it or move somewhere else. But don't you dare ever tell any other American who they are allowed to vote for in your town.

    Is it better to buy raw land or a house What are your thoughts

    • @sw6118
      @sw6118 Год назад +3

      If you buy raw land, are you going to build on it? If so, how are you at hiring contractors or managing construction? We had friends who bought a fixer in an area that they had wanted to move to for years. After buying, they found out that contractors were in short supply in their new area. They ended up hiring a contractor from where they had lived before and paying for his temporary housing 96 months) in their new location. They had to pay cash for everything as the property wasn’t in good enough condition for a loan until after they had completed the renovations. Unless someone can do all,the work, they now recommend only buying a completed pristine property in that area. It’s also why in that area there are a lot of manufactured homes-the completed home can be delivered by truck-that’s another workaround for the absence of contractors.
