Where to find the Great Cormorant (BIRD) GTA V Online Wild life Photography

You cant photograph a dead animals make sure its alive, travel to the location and be in day time.
Stand atop the hill and look out for large Black Birds, shoot one to see if they are the correct bird. Reference this video.

It just happened the same to me. I had spent like 2 hours looking for that f* bird and I switched to a public session and I found one right away

Day time clear sky, if you don’t see them leave the area and come back they should spawn
