- This video explains how we achieved 50 wins in a row with Artist and the many things I learned along the way. For the purpose of this challenge, we consider a win getting three or four kills.

About upcoming streaks: The increased presence of cheaters (who can even stream snipe with 3rd party software) and increasingly harder games as your MMR increases has made the streaks really stressful and unfun at times, especially for Killers like Sadako who cannot keep up with constant map offerings & strong items. I will still attempt some streaks to get better at some Killers but I'll be looking at starting other challenges as well.

Make the exception for cheaters Otz. If there's a cheater in the lobby, don't count it as a win or a loss

@@GamingGastly Problem is: most of the time, there's no way to tell if someone cheats or not. They could use a 5% speedboost or a constant aura reading. Even streamsnipe isn't really possible to spot.
I think he already doesn't count the blatant cheats when he cross one, but nowadays cheaters are more stealthy than Claudettes

I'm so happy to get noticed on Otz's Video. This game was a lot of fun from within too! But TBH I am not that good of a survivor usually. No Perk setup rules in that survivor Meta :D

She’s just not super popular. But yet a top 5 killer in the game

Not skillful u drop birds at a pallet and fire them when a survivor get to close and since they have a big ass hit box mindgames don’t work

I just unlocked her recently and have adored playing as her. She's so much fun for those who like a technical playstyle, hopefully this video helps me master her further.

Great tricks and advise on her! One additional trick of the artist is that the decay time of placed bird will be synced to the newest bird. Which means you could make the first bird last 30+s. It is incredibly strong for sling shot hook camping or locking down a complex loop but it's very situational.
I love how Otz explains DBD really well. He can make any build look good.

Otz, something I've been doing that I found more responsive: I put the power on scroll wheel down, like Hag. Feels more responsive to release the birds that way. Maybe try it, see what you think about it!

Geez, Artist screams in lobby with bird's sound that perfectly connected with releasing bird in game and Otz's "wooh". Masterpiece.
Series is great! The information before going into the first match, literally explaining everything +during game is just amazing!
I played my third ever killer game today, first time as Onryō and got all iridecent and 4k. Thank you for your guides for her, I really appreciate it. Even though C tier, I knew I wanted to play her. Thx otz!
I think the mechanical strategy of artists makes her one of the hardest killers to master, because there are so many possible scenarios that you need to be running through your head in a chase and calculating which scenario you need to use for the current situation
Woah i didn't know you could do all these things with the artist, the elevation, short ranged melee attacks, thanks for including that info in the video !
49:14 that was the most genuine "the fuck?!" Ever. Today I got spun so hard multiple times that hearing that reminded me of those elusive matches where I would get spun around and the survivors would straight up disappear

He forgot to mention that if you place them at a certain distance you can injure at long distance
@@gamingcantina9157 I do mention that, but don't overdo it because it's really tricky to pull off. There's a trick to make it work really well with the Severed Hands add-on and I'll show that in a video soon!

I really hope despite all the changes this game has taken recently that Otz keeps going with the streak series. Whether he makes it to 50 or not it’s still so nice to be able to refer to these kinds of videos when picking up a new killer for basic tips, strategy and possible builds. It's great to see your content (specifically editing and formatting) get better over time. It was great to begin with, of course, but I love seeing a creator not give up on trying to improve their uploads despite how popular the content gets.

Also I think the reason NoEd is so strong on Artist is the mental gymnastics of "Just do every bones" but Artist has Pentimento as her own perk which kinda stops people from wanted to do totems passively. Similar to how Devour Hope can be kinda sneaky on Spirit cause everyone expects it to be Haunted Ground.
Survivors at high MMR don't do bones lol. They just genrush and try to escape.

That Cheryl lag-switching into Adrenaline was absolutely filthy. If they actually did something out of that it could've been fatal.
Why do you all assume they're always cheating ?? It's a legit bug that can happen.
If the Cheryl was cheating, then she would have made use of her Adrenaline and leave right away. But she was stuck and surprised just like Otz, so she stood still despite Adrenaline popping and got downed again. Either that, either she realized killer got bugged picking her up so she stood still so the killer could down her again.
You're all such paranoid and negative, always assuming everybody's cheating. You all got such a toxic personality for real.

This is by far the best thumbnail for 50 Win Streak....the dark colors and shades makes artist and the crow look menacing yet elegant! Kudos to the person who made it.
30:17 - I saw that game live on stream, kudos to the Survivors, I honestly thought Otz would lose the streak on that one.
I'm happy though you're still at it trying to get streaks off the ground despite SBMM making it a lot more difficult. Love the emotional rollercoaster ride! :)
It's awful how killer has to manage everything at the same time and survivors only have to press M1 and W and they just rush gens before the killer can even get any single down. They only gave Otz 3 kills because they were trying to get everyone out, because if they were smart, they just get 2 or 3 escapes without any effort

I usually skip the long explanation intros, but after actually stopping to listen to this one for 20 mins I think I'm going to go back and watch all the others. A lot of extremely insightful info that will help me not only as killer, but also when I play survivor against the killer being explained.

I lost at 24. My ruin undying went down and gave little value to my dead man’s switch sadly. She is strong though.

My goodness, this gosh darn man did it, he won 50 in a row while playing against people with the same power of @nood3, i think he deserves the title, "Killer God," even if there was some leeway i dont care he is so awesome and is the reason i started maining hag and spirit.

Otz you actually are a big aid in my motivation to get the artist today. She’s genuinely a ton of fun and I really want to get good with her, issue is it quite rusty, I’m a console player, and I’m new to artist, who I’d say is one of the more complex killers. I’ll get there tho! Edit: also your overview of her was way more helpful than any other guide I’ve seen
