i would say yoshimitsu is a special case because he's not really hard in the same way that kaz is hard because of execution or steve is hard because he works 10x harder than the rest of the cast to secure a launch. out of all characters in the roster, he's the character that requires the most MU knowledge and experience if you want to be able to play him at his fullest, mostly because of flash applications and MU specific defensive tech he can use. i also strongly believe that people haven't yet grasped this MU, meaning currently yoshi players get away with murder a lot (just look at qudans holding 3,1 over and over again for example), and with time this character will become harder to do well with at high level. don't get me wrong : i still think he will always be a strong character by nature of being a defensive character in a game all about pressing buttons, but i doubt people at top level will still die to 3,1 in like 1 year. congrats on your achievement btw, amazing stuff
I got a challenge for ya @BlackHeart59. I wonder how diverse a fighting game player you are? I would love to see you get every character to the highest rank in Skullgirls the second hardest fighting game. The understanding of this game is S Tier.
@@blackheart59_ , I was thinking you might not play skullgirl? But if you got the mind to achieve the highest rank with every character, Then you are sonic fox tier and knee, Of course sonic fox is some type of fighting game genius, What do you think of ninjakilla's law? Also do you know if Knee got every character to the highest rank. I want to see your games against the top players.
Its amazing that u did this, i main Ling and i think i could be GoD or at least tekken god by now (im bushin, getting closer to tekken king step by step when i feel calm enough to try), but i get so angry at ppl winning rounds just spamming cheap shit that i end playing unranked to not kill some1 , like constantly spamming powercrush, throws and some random safe launcher from time to time ,randomly i insist, it wouldnt be a problem if it were a read but i know they r just mashing to force u to guess every single time. How the fuk this ppl got so damn far without learning to play... You hit them and they still mash their shit instead of blocking. Ofc there is always a lucky guess in figthing games but this ppl just take it to another lvl, as much as i love the game, i despise the bast majority of the player base... Its so rare to find a good match... Im so glad u put on supereasy all the chars i think have broken shit. Im suprised about hwo tho, he is a masher by nature with lots of broken tools, but ye i liked ur explanation it takes time to understand the stances but once u learn some basics, he is a monster. Shaheen should be on supereasy, you dont even remember it XD I think thats reason enough... all shaheens spam the same strings and mixups all the time and still work, i only found 1 shaheen that showed me moves i didnt know about.
I was a spammer and I m new to this game but now I m understanding the basics. I agree tht playing by mashing and meeting players who do tht, no disrespect to them, r not playing in a way tht u can understand the game, Or enjoy playing. Anyone can reach the G.O.D rank, if they play enough matches. But u cant learn how to play unless u really understand the science of the game.
@@DannyBob08 as another Xiaoyu main, all of this. Tekken used to reward smart setups. Now you spam one of three things and it turns the fight. Also extra salty in T8 because Xiaoyu used to have some of the best oki in T7, and now it's trash, and meanwhile it feels like everyone else has the most cheap garbage oki that resets you back into face down head towards, or wall splats, or sets up another juggle. Here I am trying to get creative with Xiaoyu when I've down the opponent and 90% of the time if you press a button you go off axis and whiff and your round is over. I've learned that ub+4 is basically the only dependable oki, and the amount of times now I just let them get up is sad. Because literally everything is too much risk to try. But 100% the player base is toxic these days. It's really sad. Tekken used to be the chillest base.
@@Pervy I agree, i use to beat him, but u need experience to gues rigth and the timing skills to face a char like that, and still he has everything to counterplay ur adaptations at every moment in any situation. Its a constant guess at every step of his atacks, or almost, but they know how to keep the turn. The good ones of course.
Characters with non-traditional play styles will always be harder… with someone like Bryan who is considered hard he has very easy fundamentals which make him fairly easy but with characters like zafina hwo Raven yoshi who play their own way it’s really hard to adapt to
@@blackheart59_was Bryan easy because u are obviously a really strong player already or was it because hes super strong in T8? Im only bushin on Bryan and Steve so not to strong of a player yet but personally Steve was easier for me to get up there than Bryan. (I mained Bryan all of T7 pretty much)
@blackheart you should videos about the top ten moves with every character , excluding heat. Just thought. I often search for those on RUclips and I know other players do to when we’re learning new characters
@@blackheart59_ I know it’s a lot of work , but there’s not enough videos out there like that . There were more for tekken 7 and when I was first learning my main , hardcore, the video helped me out tremendously. It transformed my gameplay . And they don’t have to be super long videos , they just be medium
You think Lars was the easiest? I think he is the worst in the game, he is susceptible to 15-frame launchers in stance, has bad small combos and neutral, Heat smash is risky to use, linear gameplan, I also play Leroy but he feels more flexible on offense idk
Ik you are cracked but if you do this challenge in the middle east or asian server, i think Jun will be the only character at your highest rank. Im not saying you are bad but from what i saw on EU ranked, people are extremely terrible at the game and i think it is because alot of people play tekken in EU which makes ranking up easier compared to other regions. Also i see you make crazy streaks on the highest rank with Jun which will never happen in the other regions.
@@blackheart59_ Yea , you are old school with few others and there is a big gap in skill between you and the rest of EU because there are many newcomers in tekken 8 which is also good for long term for the game. Would love to see you play more often in Middle East if there isn't much lag for you, your Jun is amusing to see :)
Comparatively, I think the Middle East is probably the easiest region to win in Asia though. I know there are plenty of strong players like Raef, but from what I’ve seen, it’s definitely a lot easier than regions like East and South Asia
Curious if you attended any tournies recently? And if so, which ones haha great achievement in doing this yo. I'd be surprised if you weren't successful in tournaments
Do you think steve was harder because of the state he is in? Or the character in itself. I am a new player and i chose him as my first main, but man its almost making me quit the game.
I’m a Steve main, I would take a break from Steve and just play a very simple gameplan character like Paul or kazuya to just improve at tekken itself instead of just learning Steve. Steve requires good fundamentals and the very simple characters will teach you that
I don’t think there’s ANY shame in switching to an easier/stronger character as your main till YOU feel your favorite character is viable. It’s about what’s fun for YOU. If a MATCHUP makes you want to give up, that should be incentive to learn the counterplay; but if YOUR OWN character makes you want to give up I feel that’s a much harder road to follow. I got lucky - I didn’t know anything about tier lists and just picked the character I liked the most, and coincidentally she just won Evo. However in MK11 I wanted to main Kollector but in terms of viability he was just very mediocre on release, so my pocket character (Jade) became my main until Ultimate dropped (and he got big buffs along the way). I just had more fun that way. I found they had the same qualities I liked (what I call in 2D games “melee zoners”) and Jade was just more viable for a while. I’m in purple ranks as well - maybe give Paul a shot? I really like Steve’s moveset, and I can’t stand fighting Paul, but I did try learning him a little bit because that’s what I try to do when a character is giving me trouble and if you like Steve I feel like Paul might be a little more accessible and have more tools you can use. He’s still not top tier at all but worth a shot maybe?
@@blazaybla22 After taking a break from Steve, I came back more refreshed and I'm enjoying playing Steve whether I win or lose. I think I was just burnt out chasing ranks for dopamine.
@@tylernair2922 Hell yeah! In my experience dopamine in Tekken comes from when you lab something and it pays off big time, then I think rank is kinda just a reflection of having done that over and over. So I think for me Tekken is the most fun when I accept that my rank is sort of out of my control (mainly because of the random nature of the streak system, point distribution etc)
Take a break from ranked and do some learning/labbing or just do some more social matches with peeps. It’s a better environment to learn in rather than getting cheesed 0-2 for your ranked points and never seeing that opponent again.
This is the most accurate and honest tier list I have seen for this game. I always groan when I have to fight anyone in the "Super Easy" category. And its like 80% of the fights.
I’m a shaheen main and you don’t even remember lfmao. that’s very fitting for the shit shaheen gets, i didn’t remember this character exists, who put rashid in the game, etc . that’s tough 😂 i think he’s hard to win with tekken 8 format. I feel shaheen works better in longer sets. with one and done mindsets or best to two it’s really all over the place. Shaheen doesn’t have a lot of abusable stuff or gimmicks that are as crazy as others. To me he’s the ryu of the game. Easy to pick up but to master different story his while standing 3 loops are insanely hard. curious if you were able to master those or what your combo routes were

Congrats bro!

Love this tierlist, where are my bryan's down players now? lol
Congratulations bro 🤜

well done!
thanks!
You’re a Tekken genius
Thanks ❤️
How mutch time you spend in every character to get the max rank?
depends. Average 2/3 days for each character
@@blackheart59_ what?!
As a hwoa main I LOVE the nerfs we got. Makes every win more satisfying when ppl say we spam for easy wins.
Let's work bro! ❤
Congratulations and thank you for making this video, very interesting to hear your thoughts. Also as a DVJ main this video is prime copium for me😂
Hahaha I bet it was!

I'm a beginner wants to learn an easy character but I'm confused, is Nina easier than Feng?
No, characters are not ordered
@@blackheart59_ Which one do you think easier?
Feng
I played you many years ago and see you online every day but never want to invite you because you will make me look like a noob😂 Its crazy how good you are with every character!
What is your psn Id?
@@odydeukaleionas7281 blackheart59_, its the same everywhere
i would say yoshimitsu is a special case because he's not really hard in the same way that kaz is hard because of execution or steve is hard because he works 10x harder than the rest of the cast to secure a launch. out of all characters in the roster, he's the character that requires the most MU knowledge and experience if you want to be able to play him at his fullest, mostly because of flash applications and MU specific defensive tech he can use. i also strongly believe that people haven't yet grasped this MU, meaning currently yoshi players get away with murder a lot (just look at qudans holding 3,1 over and over again for example), and with time this character will become harder to do well with at high level. don't get me wrong : i still think he will always be a strong character by nature of being a defensive character in a game all about pressing buttons, but i doubt people at top level will still die to 3,1 in like 1 year.
congrats on your achievement btw, amazing stuff
I forgot Shaheen even exists. I haven't seen him online for ages.
Hahaha
Of course he only forgot his experience with shaheen. He is so damn uninteresting .
yeah ahahha
Dude. Are you in the pro scene? This is insane.
I did a lot of tournaments in Tekken 7. Tekken 8 I'm starting now ^^
I got a challenge for ya @BlackHeart59. I wonder how diverse a fighting game player you are? I would love to see you get every character to the highest rank in Skullgirls the second hardest fighting game. The understanding of this game is S Tier.
Mmm haha
❤
I was a spammer and I m new to this game but now I m understanding the basics. I agree tht playing by mashing and meeting players who do tht, no disrespect to them, r not playing in a way tht u can understand the game, Or enjoy playing. Anyone can reach the G.O.D rank, if they play enough matches. But u cant learn how to play unless u really understand the science of the game.
Even after you learn Hwo he is hard to play at high level
Characters with non-traditional play styles will always be harder… with someone like Bryan who is considered hard he has very easy fundamentals which make him fairly easy but with characters like zafina hwo Raven yoshi who play their own way it’s really hard to adapt to
Exactly, it's not about execution only but also about gameplan
@@blackheart59_was Bryan easy because u are obviously a really strong player already or was it because hes super strong in T8? Im only bushin on Bryan and Steve so not to strong of a player yet but personally Steve was easier for me to get up there than Bryan. (I mained Bryan all of T7 pretty much)
@@Annihilation99 super strong and also cause his neutral and pokes are so good
Quanti scleri abbiam sentito! bravo!
I respect your fire for the game bro, you must be a great player,
❤️
where can we watch your playthroughs?
on twitch!

@blackheart you should videos about the top ten moves with every character , excluding heat.
Just thought. I often search for those on RUclips and I know other players do to when we’re learning new characters
Could be an idea for sure
@@blackheart59_ I know it’s a lot of work , but there’s not enough videos out there like that . There were more for tekken 7 and when I was first learning my main , hardcore, the video helped me out tremendously. It transformed my gameplay . And they don’t have to be super long videos , they just be medium
Respect m8 of this accomplisment!
Thanks a lot!❤️
You think Lars was the easiest? I think he is the worst in the game, he is susceptible to 15-frame launchers in stance, has bad small combos and neutral, Heat smash is risky to use, linear gameplan, I also play Leroy but he feels more flexible on offense idk
Honestly with 133 wins I already got the GoD, the character is a perfect online character
do you have any matches for dragnouv videos ? I need to see how pro players using him
Come into my stream and I'll play him

Ik you are cracked but if you do this challenge in the middle east or asian server, i think Jun will be the only character at your highest rank. Im not saying you are bad but from what i saw on EU ranked, people are extremely terrible at the game and i think it is because alot of people play tekken in EU which makes ranking up easier compared to other regions. Also i see you make crazy streaks on the highest rank with Jun which will never happen in the other regions.
I play and beat (with a bit of lag) middle easterns regularly, too. It would probably be harder in Asia tho, yes
Ciao, ottima tierlist sto avendo una crisi per scegliere il personaggio principale ma credo che la mamma di jin sarà mia😊
Yeeee
Jin doesn't get enough crap for being top tier as he deserves.
True
You might be the only person to trust on this since you have literally played every character at high level
Thanks ❤️
Curious if you attended any tournies recently? And if so, which ones haha great achievement in doing this yo. I'd be surprised if you weren't successful in tournaments
I'm not playing tournaments much, I don't like this game competitively. I enjoy doing content more
good stuff bro
❤️
Good video bro Bryan wall damage is broken
absolutely
this is an incredible achievement
You're incredible ❤️
Do you think steve was harder because of the state he is in? Or the character in itself. I am a new player and i chose him as my first main, but man its almost making me quit the game.
both things
I’m a Steve main, I would take a break from Steve and just play a very simple gameplan character like Paul or kazuya to just improve at tekken itself instead of just learning Steve. Steve requires good fundamentals and the very simple characters will teach you that
@@georgies405 i apreciate your insight man, im gonna give it a go, but steve is just so cool
@@georgies405Damn I myself just recommended Paul to another Steve main having issues in another comment here lol same line of thinking I guess
Real Life MOKUJIN..... You have my respect. 🫡 IDOL.....
Love you! See ya on twitch!
hi, i got a question which character that forces u to learn the fundamentals?
I would say shaheen
Wouldnt go as far to say that Law is busted but everything else I agree with, good list tbh
@@aidanguy2182 Law main?
@@αλεξηςπεγιαδης Law and Kaz
This is Mt first tekken game and I picked Steve because I like boxing. I'm at Flame Ruler and I just feel like giving up.
never do it!
Aye bro how can I get coaching from you if want to get to fujin an I just hit mighty ruler with dragons using 2 knowledge checks how should I progress

This is the most Respektfull tier list ❤
♥️
I feel justified watching this. I main Reina and everyone complains she’s OP and I’m like yea…no….
Very strong tho, yes
This is the most accurate and honest tier list I have seen for this game.
I always groan when I have to fight anyone in the "Super Easy" category. And its like 80% of the fights.
Hope you enjoyed!
Will you be getting future characters to god of destruction as well?
Of course
I just stopped by to say this:
RESPECT!
❤️
Congrats, are you gonna get it with Heihachi?? play with him before the devs realize he is too broken and nerf Devil Jin
Of course
I’m a shaheen main and you don’t even remember lfmao. that’s very fitting for the shit shaheen gets, i didn’t remember this character exists, who put rashid in the game, etc . that’s tough 😂
i think he’s hard to win with tekken 8 format. I feel shaheen works better in longer sets. with one and done mindsets or best to two it’s really all over the place. Shaheen doesn’t have a lot of abusable stuff or gimmicks that are as crazy as others.
To me he’s the ryu of the game. Easy to pick up but to master different story
his while standing 3 loops are insanely hard. curious if you were able to master those or what your combo routes were
The combo routes I did with him were kinda the easy ones, no WS3 loop.
ws3 loops aren’t that hard they just take practice, like lees combos, also full crouch mixup is very strong in ft2
How many game hours did it take to get all characters highest rank?
1.2k
Happy someone else recognizes that Jin has everything and is easy mode tekken
Top 1 right now
Congratulations on G.O.D RANKS
thanks!
king is so bullshit online because often just a single frame of lag make you more succeptible to get caught in a damaging grab
