Tekken (Japanese: 鉄拳, meaning "Iron Fist") is a 1994 Japanese media franchise centered on a series of fighting games developed and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment (formerly Namco). The franchise also includes film and print adaptations.
The main games in the series follow the events of the King of Iron Fist Tournament, hosted by the Mishima Zaibatsu, where players control a plethora of characters to win the tournament and gain control of the company; the conflict between the Mishima family serves as the main focus of the series' plot, while players explore other characters' motivations in aiming to control the Zaibatsu.
Gameplay focuses on hand-to-hand combat with an opponent, with the gameplay system including blocks, throws, escapes, and ground fighting. The series later introduced combos and special moves, with characters also able to stage break arenas. Tekken is noted as being one of the first fighting games at the time to use 3D animation.

Jin is the one who has the most highest body count thanks to world war 3 that he started that led to about millions of deaths (which lasted from Tekken 6-8) just to awaken Azazel early and then kill him right here and right now rather than all of the lives lost in the future by Azazel. Kind of a dick move on Jim’s part.

You got Jinpachi’s death all wrong. It wasn’t Wang who killed Jinpachi, it was Jin. Jin’s ending is canon in Tekken 5, while Wang’s ending is non-canon.

Also I saw King 1’s alternate outfit from Tekken 5 and 6 in his Tekken 2 ending, plus the same one in his Tekken 4 and 5 prologue. Which is basically that.
Ogre merely killing anyone is a hoax. Michelle is still alive you can see her in Julia’s Tekken 3 ending, Armor King 1 was killed by Marduk, Wang and Baek who were attacked by Ogre came in Tekken 5, Lee came in Tekken 4, Devil came in Tekken 4, Jun was killed by Devil instead of Ogre killing Jun in Tekken Tag 1 (given that Jun was in Yakushima for a full comatose from Tekken 4 to Tekken 7),
And what of Kuma 1? Dude he died of old age, bears life expectancy is below 30 years old. But King 1 is of the same age interval as Armor King 1 and 2; so no, King 1 isn’t dead.
@@SD120TOMB King in the recent Tekken games is officially King II, the descendant of the late King I. King I was officially killed by Ancient Orge in the canon Tekken manga, so King II takes his place.
And King I's partner Armor King I has his own twin brother for the rest of the series games.
- Bryan Fury killed Dr. Abel and Yoshimitsu's friends.
- I think Kunimitsu died from Ogre's hands.
- Devil Kazuya killed Claudio & Zafina?
- Bryan Fury died, but resurrected by Abel.
- Jack-5 possibly destroyed by Heihachi.
Kunimitsu I is alive but quit her life as a thief after failing to defeat her former clan leader Yoshimitsu and stealing his sword (also called Yoshimitsu) and losing the tournament in Tekken 2. She went to live with her granddad, got married to a shinobi where she gave birth to a daughter (Kunimitsu II) who she trained. During the events of Tekken 7, Kunimutsu fell ill and bedridden where she either told her daughter about her failure to steal Yoshimitsu's sword. This leads to Kunimitsu II entering the tournament to steal the sword for her mother to make her happy.
I wonder where Christie is now. She hasn't been seen since... Tekken 6, I guess?

Sometime, in the Official english Profile of Eddy Gordo ten Years Before Tekken 3 his parents are Killed by Kazuya.
One of my best friends I made online loved Tekken and was killed just before the release of Tekken 8. There isn’t a day I don’t miss him.

Kazuya is so vile he can regenerate his Devil sooner or later. Or else he is dead just like Jinpachi whose remains were consumed by Devil as well. Will Kazuya control his Devil and channel him to peaceful thinking who knows. You forgot the animals though Roger, Alex which were experiments, Dr Abel, Dr Boskonovitch, maybe Unknown which was a devil form of Jun. I don't know but maybe the canon ending might be Kazuya's with Jun stopping him maybe, Jin's ending is far too peaceful to be true.
Hate to break it to one, but Jin’s ending is canon. You don’t even get to play as Kazuya to get the alt ending like you could with Shang Tsung in MK11 DLC story mode.

I got a question: what happened to Wang Jinrei and Baek Do San? They both died in Tekken 6 after defeating Azazel on the epilogue of their story modes. Are they presumedly dead?

The endings themselves aren't canon, but presumably their deaths are. Since they havent shown up since T6. 🤷🏻♂️ Maybe they died of natural causes. Wang especially. @christhenerdyderg3916
Neither of them fought against Azazel. Playing through the Scenario Campaign gives clearance. The fact that neither Xiao nor Hwo's story imply their death is also another proof as to why they are both still alive.
However, it is noteworthy that both these characters might not return regardless since they weren't immensely popular. Which is why their endings in T6 could've been an implication by the dev team that their journey in the canon games ends there.
They’re dead. Both actually died on beating Azazel, except Baek died midway (weakening Azazel) and Wang killed Azazel himself. Wang also died as well.
They needed this to end, so they did that. No point prolonging invincible men’s sufferings like that.

He’s still alive. He was saved by Yoshimitsu around like Tekken 4-5ish after Bryan attacked him and trashed his lab. I think he was hired by Jin under the Mishima Zaibatsu in T6, and I know he works with Lee Chaolan, Lars, and finished creating and working with Alisa
He’s dead. That Doctor B is actually his cyborg version. I heard from Boskonovich that he was going to prolong the process with cyber initiatives. Tekken Tag 2’s ending for Wang shows this.
Otherwise, Doctor B made Alisa prior to his death.
The devil forms of jin or kazuya actually have to come back because otherwise I can't imagine how else they want to defeat Reina, without a devil form it feels impossible for the two of them
Strictly speaking, they can’t come back. And to defeat Reina, Jun or Asuka can do that one.
To be blunt, even a devil cannot beat another devil, because it makes the attacked devil stronger. The irony is by saying “fight fire with fire” only allows the fire to get bigger and stronger. You need something that defeats fire but which isn’t fire at all. In the same way, only an angel or just God Himself can beat a devil.
I'm really surprised that Wang Jinrei's Death is not shown in the Video, we know his Ending in T6 was not Canon and his Fate remains Ambiguous, but it's clearly Confirmed that Wang has canonically Died somewhere in the Events of T6.

After He was thrown into the erupting volcano, a few days later G Corp found his corpse in the volcano and revived him, during the 19 years between after the events of Tekken 2 and before Tekken 3, he prob was head of G Corp after they were experimenting his devil gene, he was probably ordering his military to kill certain people which includes Eddy's parents.

Eddy’s parents were not killed by Kazuya himself, but for his men! Kazuya was dead by this time(he didnt survive the volcano, he really died and got ressurrected many years later)…

Also, since Wang and Baek die both in their own endings in Tekken 6 and both dont appear since then, we can assume they really died!

Nope. In the literal words of Raven in Tekken 5, Heihachi Mishima is dead. Dead dead. One of Kuma's win quotes in Tekken 8 is, "Master, you can rest easy now..." meaning Heihachi is canonically dead.

See King 1’s ending in Tekken 3, then see the head of Armor King 1, and headless body of Armor King 1.
That’s right. Marduk killed him inside the wrestling stadium at the locker room. Not in a bar brawl. In Tekken 6, Marduk himself admittedly says he killed him by his own two hands. Meaning it’s at the locker room that he killed, not a bar brawl.

@SD120TOMB Hey, you're right. I had to look it up. You know, back then, I always thought the first (Tekken 2) Kuma's story stated that it was a female, and that Kuma II was her son. Appreciate you clearing that up for me.

No in the credit scene of Tekken 8 Zafina shown walking with someone with white pants and white boots (presumably Claudio) so both Zafina and Claudio are definitely alive
