    Adam this is another Adam . I turned my rebound all the way down , that was a great tip . It took away the excess bounce and I could connect with the wheel like my begode exn .
    Also I kept the front bumper but sawed off the toe clip . I put the kinetic pads and still have the front bumper and it all
    Looks clean .

    I cut a piece of rubber tube 4"lg that is similar size to the charge cable, slit it along its 4" length and placed it over the charge cable, right up against the cable connector. This extra stiffness has made plugging in a non issue.

    I really enjoy your reviews. I have to say that as a new Patton owner, a heavy weight urban street carver, I totally disagree with your criticism of the stock spiked footpads. I find them to be perfect, I can't imagine how my foot could be stuck any tighter to the wheel.

    Which commuter EUC would you guys recommend that is water resistant, has sturdy construction, and allows for easy tire change (or is tubeless)? I'm not super mechanically inclined, and I always tend to have parts left over when I take things apart like this. I am impressed with the Patton otherwise though.

This would Max out my budget, so the Lynx is something I can't do financially at this point. In this price range, would you recommend the Patton over other wheels, or would you go another way? Really looking for a nimble, yet stable and comfortable dual-purpose wheel that can do great offroad and still do well on road. I'm not a speed demon, so the stability and nimble attributes rank higher for me. Would love to hear your opinion:)

    If the form factor and volume measurements are anything to go by that's no beeper those tend to be marketed as piezo sirens/buzzer sirens. Over 100dB is lunacy for a basic auditory alert. Imagine if that thing ever got stuck on...

    Adam, you dropped reviews of Begode wheels right at the wrong time just before the excellent ex30 was released. This wheel is next level for Begode as you most probably well know, and the performance is something else... the ebc Mini and now the extreme are another two high-quality wheels, I don't know how the euc content creator can ever drop begode..
    Just madness! I get with the quality, but no one was ever going to Begode to improve apart from themselves, but they have, and your reviews are excellent, so please bite the bullet and start reviewing Begode again!

    Great video 👍think the tire wear is diameter related, the small wheels will suffer from this. I think the biggest question I have on the Patton is, is it a good value as a dedicated off road wheel with no intention of street riding.

    • @scottmorris7320
      @scottmorris7320 Год назад +5

      From my experience off roading over two weeks of full on riding black MTB tracks, it’s excellent, took a little adjusting to as all new wheels do, but man this thing pulls, it eats steep inclines. The 66lbs suspension is really good, it encourages me to tackle bonks and rock climbs I didn’t on the S22 or T4. The T4 is much more agile, but you soon have the Patton doing the same fast response turns once you get used to it, it’s in between the T4 and S22 for agility imo, but that is a great outcome for me, it doesn’t jump around like a mad woman’s tongue like T4 and is not as straight line as the S22. The overall balance is excellent and that’s something the S22 is crap for, and I love the S22, but I haven’t ridden the S22 pro since having the Patton. Sorry got carried away a bit, I hope that helps
