Acknowledge the fear, address it, and rise above it. This was not just another travel video, this was a message I think all of us needed to hear in some way. Thank you Sam
I agree. It's your life captured, and edited, it's moments in time that exist no longer exist in your memory but on video for others to witness too. Thanks for sharing these with us!
Yep, travel videos should be made for yourself first, then the viewers next! Gotta enjoy the journey and have something to look back on! First video of yours I have stumbled on and you’ve got me hooked! Glad to be onboard!
HELL YEAH SAM. You could churn out whatever the fuck you wanted, no-backflip travel films and all, and I would still walk away with a smile on my face because of the sheer quality, the inspiration, and (of course) the vibes.
Such a great message. I think back to that basket of photographs that my parents used to keep on the coffee table. There wasn't a single one of them that you could ever objectively call artistic. But we loved looking through every single one of those pictures. For those of us who make videos who don't have thousands of subscribers, those videos are like that basket of photos. So who cares if they're good or not? Who cares if anyone else watches them. It's all about the process, and the memories.
"I can’t believe polar pro paid you a million dollars” loved this video I loved all the lens flares and glares the filters helped create and the transitions were so cool!! Also, I loved the message of the video to just create regardless of doubts, great video :)
Literally can't tell you how much I needed this, I took a trip recently and I really feel pressure, but like you said I always think it's something I can look back on!
It’s not another travel video. I’m leaving my concrete box every morning to spend my day in another concrete box. This is enjoying life and an inspiration to make a change and do it myself.
Dang really good video, the VO and songs are 🔥 🔥. I think everyone gets to that hurdle creatively at some point in their life, pushing through it makes us ascend to the next level
I like how you bring to conversation the topic of the cliches of travel videos. Although I can relate to everything you've said and I agree that capturing moments is special and you should never stop creating, I think we need to push ourselves more as creators.
You have gone from being someone who I though was funny, to someone I admire for their creativity and vision! I love the quality of your videos, keep up the great work!
Glad someone else geeked out over that! That was, imo, the best thing in the video. That sounded harsh now that I read it... the whole video was good, super impressed. I can't believe Polar Pro paid him a million dollars...
I can't believe Polar pro paid you a billion dollars. All jokes aside, I love this. I think travel videos can be very cliche and I find they are often only really interesting to watch for yourself and for people that have been on the trip with you. I think the standard cinematic travel video without a storyline or anything from someone I don't know at all, has to be insanely good for me to really care about it. But with a great voice over, I think that changes everything, makes it so much more unique and adds way more personality into a video than "just a cinematic video". Great job mate, can't wait for more.
Absolutely LOVE this brutha!!!! My favorite thing about you is you are just yourself. And that's all you need to be. I feel you 100 percent when it comes to making videos. Mine dont get views, they aren't insane, but they mean something to me and I love having a video diary of my life. I get to go back and watch them whenever I want. I stopped caring if people would like them and just starting doing what I wanted while trying to inspire others. And I'm glad I started this thinking process early. To many try to copy others, and they create for the wrong reason. As long as you are happy, and love the life you are living, who gives a whiny shart who likes and dislikes your video if it means the world to you. Thanks for this man. I'll be watching it again for inspiration. I can't believe Polar Pro paid you 37 watermelon jolly ranchers and a bag of turnip seeds!?
“I can’t believe Polar Pro paid you a million dollars” Thanks for giving us permission to shoot a video out of joy, not guilt or it won't be good enough! Stay Creamy! Thanks!
PREACH!! Every video represents a small (or large) moment in our lives. I’ve been struggling with my latest edit, building up the expectations in my head. Thanks for the reminder Sam! Shits going in the timeline TODAY!! 🤘
This was so much motivation for me! Thanks Sam for always giving me a new input for my videos you’re definitely my favourite video maker on the entire internet 🙏🏼
You’re videos have been keeping me going on my own videos...My love for video and photography has fleeted during the pandemic, but yet again, I see your content and you reignite an inferno of motivation for me to keep creating. To never stop dreaming. Thank you, Sam.
Good one, well done. You’re message is spot on. We know we make videos for ourselves in the first place so it’s important to remember that. Stay real 🤸♂️
Crazy, I can't believe Polar Pro paid you millions of dollars! Loved the shooting style, colors, vibe, everything I guess. So hype I really needed this type of energy
Love the message behind the video man. We can't reinvent the wheel... Even tho there are millions of travel video's out there, there's still something new in every travel video because it's made by a different person, loved it man!
I can't believe Polar Pro paid you a million dollars. As a filmmaker myself your work really inspires me to go create. I do what I can with my current equipment but would love to opportunity to one day try out these other accessories to really flare up my work.

The anamorphic lens style should be called "Star trek style". It truly gives you that "travel" feeling. I can't belive Polar Pro paid you a million dollars.
Hey man, i just wanted to say how inspiring this video is. Oftentimes we get caught up in overthinking whether or not this is truly original, but as you said, it's best to capture what makes you passionate.
I watched this THREE TIMES. First time = “this is RUclips gold. Must read comments” Second time = “a million dollars? Wait, what did I miss?.... ohhh” Third time = “like I said, RUclips gold” Thanks Sam.

Acknowledge the fear, address it, and rise above it. This was not just another travel video, this was a message I think all of us needed to hear in some way. Thank you Sam

All I can say is, finally. Keep up the creative spin Sam
HELL YEAH SAM. You could churn out whatever the fuck you wanted, no-backflip travel films and all, and I would still walk away with a smile on my face because of the sheer quality, the inspiration, and (of course) the vibes.
This saved me Sam! Thank you.
You awakened the spark in me. 🥲

It’s not another travel video. I’m leaving my concrete box every morning to spend my day in another concrete box. This is enjoying life and an inspiration to make a change and do it myself.
Loving your work Sam! Keep making videos, create and don't worry about anything being perceived as "cliched". Keep up the great work.
The fun part is when you look back at every video and all the experiences will come flasing back in your head. Oh wait, not just fun, emotional 🔥🔥🔥
I live in the Vegas desert and still got chills 🥶 The video every creator needs to watch

I like how you bring to conversation the topic of the cliches of travel videos. Although I can relate to everything you've said and I agree that capturing moments is special and you should never stop creating, I think we need to push ourselves more as creators.
