Tons of great camping, drives, and world class hiking up through Southern Utah. Absolutely world-class. Every time I go I run into travelers from all over the world because it's just so amazing.
The Southwest is mesmerizingly beautiful. I always run out of superlatives to describe it. Cameras don't do it justice. Being there yourself makes you feel insignificant compared to the wonders and the power of nature.
Amazing how much and how quickly the terrain, geology, flora all change driving in relatively short distances. Staggeringly beautiful. 😱😱😱 Big thanks to Thor & Dee for taking all of us on a gorgeous drive! ❤️❤️😎👍xx
The giant bolder with the crack and many unusual rock formations , such as rocks stacked on top of each other, are in there natural location with the dirt eroded away.
If you ever make it to Kentucky, be sure to visit the Red River Gorge area. It has over 100 natural arches, many that you can walk on. The most famous is Natural Bridge, but there’s also Sky Bridge, and the one I think is the prettiest anywhere, Rock Bridge. A creek flows beneath it and the trail leads you past Creation Falls. You won’t be disappointed.
I'm feeling a little jealous. My husband and I were planning a trip to Utah this year, but we're having to put it off until another time. It's such a beautiful state, and I'm glad you had the opportunity to visit.
Another great adventure day. But honestly if you use a umbrella to shade from the sun, it works really efficiently, because as you move forward it creates cool air movement under the umbrella.
I grew up in So California and the "West" is what I am used to do. I saw it so much when I was young, the scenery was "eh" to me. It is really neat to see it through a fresh perspective.
There is so much to see in Utah. We want to go back next year. Did a road trip from Washington St to Utah and back. Gas stations have the tall light with gas prices that can be seen from miles away and it carries on into Idaho. A fantastic idea especially driving at night it was a relief to see. So excited to see you folks experiencing this side of the world. Enjoy
How lovely that Thor and Dee were able to explore their home state of Utah with you. Very peaceful video. It took me back to when I camped near Moab in the Valley of the Gods, stars and silence. Be well and travel safely.
Y'all caused my heart to skip a couple of beats by standing close to the edge, but it was AWESOME to see the views! I'm glad y'all are having such a wonderful time, and as always, I'm looking forward to your next adventure!
Wow, this is an awesome video! There are so many parks in Utah that is on my list to see, thanks for sharing your trip to Arches National Park. The Canyonlands National Park sharp switch back drive is a RUclips video take time and watch it, and you definitely need a four-wheel drive and good tires, in many places its barely a road! Just watching the video of that drive in Canyonlands from the top to the bottom made my hands sweat! Thank you for sharing.
Viewing Utah does not get old, it's really amazing seeing all those canyons and rock formations. Glad you got to have a couple of guides/friends with you to help with the tour. And, we even got to view the loo. Take care now.
Just stopping in again to say thank you for the wonderful content! So very beautiful, fun and amazing! Another channel I watch coincidentally posted a vlog from canyonlands today as well! Extremely coincidental!! I think I need to visit Utah now. Hope y’all are doing well
We were in southern Utah in October. It was great to see another part of Utah in your video. We had friends who visited Moab area in the spring. Definitely worth another trip back in the future. Hopefully your will see Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the North Rim at some future date. I can't believe people said Utah was just desert; they couldn't have ever been there.
Hi. I just found your channel. I look forward to following your adventures. Are you familiar with the RUclips chy called "Snow and Curt" they also traveling around the world in their van. Also, next e you are looking for a place to park "Harvest Host" is often helpful and interesting. Peace from Washington, DC
Hellooo Ambassadors What a great scenery you have in this video. I watched it in one breath! Did not divert my attention during watching it👏👏😁😁 As a rock guy I WAS SIMPLY JELAOUS! I am sorry to bug it is the truth. There are lots of geological structures, and history can be talked about., Anticlines, cross beddings deposited due to wind ( called eolian deposits). Uplifting, simply at one point of time Utah was the shoreline to the Ocean while there was no California or Nevada formed yet. Dinosaurs foot prints 🦖🦕🦕 You guys were on top of the sandstones and looked down. Marianne has beautifully explained how these arches formed ( we call the process Freezing and Thawing of water in the fractures) Uuhhhh....uuhhhh..🥺 But you guys were fabulous, funny. 😂😂 I am loving the areas you are visiting....extremely Last comment on those hoodoo rocks- balanced rock,; they form in that shape because the mud stone is easily eroded compare to the sandstone. I am enjoying the videos guys,. Happy travel, 😍😍, be safe. Keep feeding me❤️❤️🇹🇷🇹🇷💕💕Love you guys
Thanks Nick - yep you would have been at home here in the land of the rocks - just simply breathtaking !! Thank you for the message - we wish you could have come too 🌺
Yes Marianne you are right it is the results of something powerful, that is a giant quarry that has had a huge amount of material scraped away, do you think it was for gold?
Mary Ann, I am shocked you said it correctly , you are driving the circumference of the earth. Glad you didn't say of the globe, big difference, if the earth is flat it can also be round as a circle therefore it has circumference as well. Maybe you said it without realizing, however I would encourage you to research and find out we have been lied to since the days of Galileo, and think about what will happen if people really ever find out, if you think the world is in turmoil now how would you think people will react when they realize the deception. Nothing will ever be the same. Well, if you need help with the research I will tell you where to find what you need to know.
Hey - yep we have soooo much to see in North America with a one year permit for Trudy - we could move slower and even then we wouldn't see everything LOL - but we like to share as many different places as we can - thanks for your message - kind regards Marianne 🌺
Tons of great camping, drives, and world class hiking up through Southern Utah. Absolutely world-class. Every time I go I run into travelers from all over the world because it's just so amazing.
Moab is a hidden gem.
Bugüne kadar sagece filmlerde ve TV de gördüğümüz yerleri bizlere gezerek gösterdiğiniz için teşekkürler..Yüzünüz hep gülsün..
You are welcome
The Southwest is mesmerizingly beautiful. I always run out of superlatives to describe it. Cameras don't do it justice. Being there yourself makes you feel insignificant compared to the wonders and the power of nature.
Exactly what I was thinking. Camera does no justice
It's like you have be in Alaska to hear the glacer calve
Absolutely - so hard to capture it 👍
Amazing how much and how quickly the terrain, geology, flora all change driving in relatively short distances. Staggeringly beautiful. 😱😱😱 Big thanks to Thor & Dee for taking all of us on a gorgeous drive! ❤️❤️😎👍xx

What a landscape!!!

Utah. It looks like you're on Mars. What an utterly awesome place. Amazing. 👍🤩👍
I grew up in So California and the "West" is what I am used to do. I saw it so much when I was young, the scenery was "eh" to me. It is really neat to see it through a fresh perspective.

Gördüğünüz gibi, hiç bir yerde çöp yok.

Enjoyed the video! MOAB is the best 4-wheel drive area in the country.
Love watching you two exploring these beautiful locations. Utah is dry but awesome.
Wow already in Utah, I would love to see Marianne's reaction to Morrvair ot Matt's Off-Road Recovery :D
Viewing Utah does not get old, it's really amazing seeing all those canyons and rock formations. Glad you got to have a couple of guides/friends with you to help with the tour. And, we even got to view the loo. Take care now.

Great video! As always. We love Moab and glad that you made it there. Looking forward to your next adventure.!
Kovboy filimlerinde Colorado ismi çok geçer, sanırım o filmlerin bazıları bu dağlarda çekilmiş olabilir, müthiş bir yermiş çok etkileyici.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

The people that think Utah doesn't have much to see, must look at the Acropolis and say it's a bunch of rocks.
Magnificent, spectacular and amazing 😻
You can use our jet ski on the Colorodo ( Willow Beach AZ ) or Lake Mead on Nevada/ Arizona border by Hoover Dam if you come this way.
Safe travels 🙏
Glad you liked Utah, pretty impressive scenery !!

Utah looks stunning:)))
FYI - Utah university Geology Professor Shawn Wellsy has a channel and where you were was once a major volcanic field
I’m pretty sure Trent & Allie would not agree with the sunny, dry state description- I think that only pertains to southern Utah
Aaack - how have we not been to Moab?! Added to the list…..
Ha Ha - yep our list keeps growing too 🌺
Utah is one of the most scenic states in the country. While Moab is great, Zion tops it!
O nooo I’m soooo scared of highs 😱😭
Awesome 😇😍🤩
Where I live...yay
The good news is that there’s no Earthquake in that state like California 😱
Just amazing. Did you get to see monument Valley?
So what on earth do those 🐄🐄 live on? 😋
Fresh air 🤔
Did I miss the bit about MOAB?
The view of the chick in the white skirt at 16:21 !! Wowzers!!
Lovin you both since beauty full Turkey. I'm so drawn to Ephesus. So glad you're in joy ing. Wishing you smooth trails with the wind at your back's.
Yes Marianne you are right it is the results of something powerful, that is a giant quarry that has had a huge amount of material scraped away, do you think it was for gold?
It was carved by the ocean thousands of years ago. Do you really think this is strip mining?
So how do you spell the “loo”? I haven’t heard that term in decades. Where I’m from we call it the “pot”, or the “commode”.
We spell it the same as you - Loo xx
New sub ! Liked ✌️😀❤️🙏
Thanks and welcome
🤩
👏👍🙂🙋

You must be on a very short deadline, missing a ton between states.
Yes, they're on a short timetable because of visas or something.
Hey - yep we have soooo much to see in North America with a one year permit for Trudy - we could move slower and even then we wouldn't see everything LOL - but we like to share as many different places as we can - thanks for your message - kind regards Marianne 🌺
Whoever told you 'oh just skip utah, nothing but desert' is obviously a communist. What are we TALKING about
4corners… check. Beautiful part of the country for sure! Glad you’re experiencing this
With views like that, we’re all getting our just deserts 🏜 The wow factor is no trifling matter 🤩
