- Yugioh is a popular card game loved by many including your friendly neighborhood reaper. It has risen to heights the most other card games can only dream of. But for those of us who have been playing since the 1st evocation of the shadow games one must ask has the prospect of dueling gone the way of the old Egyptian god cards?
Yes, yes, I suck at Yugioh, I’m not a true yugioh player, I don’t understand power creepy, I’m allergic to winning, I preferred the summoned skull era, I‘m too dumb to understand the mechanics, I think everyone who disagrees with me is trash and I secretly hate yugioh. Plus all the other stuff. [By the way, this is sarcasm. It might be obvious… but well you know… internet…]

Made some good points. Something That you kind of talked about but didn't really go in detail is that. When people duel, people don't really play till the end they just scoop if they're losing. So I guess that's another way that it's not like a duel because it's not really like combat when people just quit.
Exactly right. I debated how much detail I wanted to go into that. Completing a match through surrender is now the norm of the game. On one hand I cant really blame people for not wanting to waste an extra 10min when the outcome will be the same. If someone has 9 negates on the board and you have 6 cards in your hand there's a good chance you wont be playing those cards...
Hate when people don’t have the balls to finish what they started. I mean there are PLENTY of possibilities when losing to pull it out. I mean that is LITERALLY A huge point in Yugi oh. When he is down he’s not out and believes in the HEART OF THE CARDS!!!
@@jchez5303 Ha ha! Sounds like a fellow OG Duelist. Well like I said I can't blame people for wanting to save 10min if they are sure they will lose but the heart of the duelist and the heart of the cards would never allow me to do such a thing!😆❤
