its funny cos the scarabs would still win the game in this scenario, they can just walk around the wall and can win without even needing to fight it. You basically spent all your eco on building a landmine in the middle of the map that has no purpose
Strategic placement dude!!! Whenever I play on certain maps(like the docs for example) I strategicly place my cobras so they don't take 10 seconds just to turn the turret... That's what saved me this one match.... I had four cobras 3 of them being manned by Spartans to defend the middle so the enemy couldn't get in. Well if I hadn't placed them correctly the 2 side by side scarabs would've broke through and I had like no other military other than 4 cyclopses to heal them and 2 marine squads in towers. I lost the one cobra not being manned by Spartans but hey I killed 2 scarabs in less time then it took your cobras because STRATEGIC PLACEMENT!!!!
I love how you say nothing can stop them when you clearly tested them against vehicles so that they seem super powerful. Besides, any decent player would realize to either A : Put their scarab on the hill so your cobras cannot attack it, or B : BUILD AIR ! Thumbs up if you agree
I prefer the deathmatch strategy of waiting for your Mac blast and then having you and your teammate send scouts to one base and Mac blast! About 45 seconds that happens
scout rushes, how the hell are you going to get enough of these for a scout rush defence, plus scouts are fast if they move them around the base, your troops would just have to unsettle and move, then they would move again, if you managed to actually kill them I'm I'm sure, they opponent would already by producing air units. its fun to see, but not to be the one doing it when it fails, it as you saw, it failed
my type of strategy are usually ambushes.i send a warthog as a scout and explore.they even tell you about an advancing army so i set up my defenses.i also use the warthog to find ambush points on where shall i send my units.when the A.I. voice says the enemy will attack here or something.the ambush go straight ahead charge into the advancing army.half of the main army will go and flank them.Best with hell jumpers and warthogs
My best Halo Wars strategy is to get 3 Spartans, 1 scorpion, 1 wolverine, 1 cobra (and have those Spartans commandeer them),2 vultures,3 Odsts/Marines,and 3 flamethrowers, what's funny is that all those units together in one group only take up 25 population, so you only need 2 bases MAX,unless you want more units which will make even more targets for the enemy

Cobra's are anti armor units, basically Tank Destroyers, you could use them against infantry, but their low fire rate and lack of a blast radius on impact makes them less effective against large groups of infantry. A good way to supplement this cobra Strategy is to play as Sargent Forge, and have a mixture of Cobra's, Wolverines, and Grizzly tanks, you have the Cobra's to Focus down the enemies Wraiths, Scorpions, Wharthogs, Ghosts, whatever the send ground vehicle wise, and you have your Wolverines to take out any Hornets, Banshees, Hawks, Vampires, Vultures, they can also target the Prophet when he has been upgraded with the flying chair, and you have the Grizzly's to help take care of the ground vehicles with their cannons, machine guns to help with air units, and their canister shell to FUBAR any infantry that decide to cluster together, having about 10 of each or so, you can have a few more wolverines since they cost only 2 population. put them in about the same positions, but have the Wolverines sit back a bit, since they are squishier and cant take much damage. but have the Cobras sit in the same spots, and have the Grizzly's sit in the second line.
you could also suppliment this with some Air units as well, like you could have a Vulture or two, and maybe some Hornets to take out Hunters, since they are good against vehicles, and as well as taking out the enemies Cobra's

I got a stragey to! it works better on 3 vs 3 maps, Ok first build mostly supplie pads 1 barraks 1 viechal depot. (3 reactors on 2 or 3 bases) Upgrade your sqorpians and spartens to top. put 2 in tanks, one on the ground make 2 or 3 odst soldiers upgrade your renforcment count and make as much tanks as you can. Your ready to blow people out of way! I did this stragy I made and I beat the game in 20 mins. Well I did have 6 bases tho. Loll..... DON'T FORGET TURRETS! ( stragy only on human side.)
He could have had Wolverines replace the second line of Cobras which would have annihilated the Prophet of Regret, oh and by the way Cobras can still attack infantry
this is a really unlikley tactic becuase where would you find the time to capture the other bases (all of them and have your enemy just sit there) and where would you find the money

You have to play the deathmatch game mode, whenever you capture a base in this gamemode it increases the population cap.
best way to beat something like this is air units
