Pressure Solenoid Operation & Cleaning - Henny Penny 4-head Pressure Fryers

The pressure solenoid is an electromechanical component that when engaged help trap the pressure in the fryer; when disengaged, it helps release the pressure, usually at the end of the cooking cycle.
Normal use as well as overfilling the frypot with oil can cause this component to not operate as expected.
