Hi, I've been attempting for many, many months to develop the ability/habit to lucid dream, but had little to no success so far. I've read Stephen LaBerge's classic book on this subject a couple of times, followed his instructions, and done tons affirmations and visualizations while in a focused meditative state. Since the subconscious mind is heavily involved with dreaming, if you could give me some tools or suggestions to help overcome this issue, then I would be most appreciative, Thanks.
Hi! Thanks for being here! This is such an interesting topic, I’ll make a video for it. In the meantime, I recommend practicing staying conscious as you transition into and out of sleep (similar to when you transition into the meditative state). Mind the transition.
