However I’m on day 4 and see that both day 4 and 5 are scheduled to be released almost two days later (Jan 5 at 11 pm and Jan 6 at 11 pm respectively). I’m in my workout gear ready to go but the video for day 4 hasn’t been released yet. 🙁 I imagine this must have been a scheduling error. I hope it can be resolved quickly-I’m ready to go! Now as far as there being a schedule error, there isn't! I created this challenge with practicality in mind, knowing that our bodies need rest days, especially if we intend on creating lifelong habits rather than just a quick start to the year. Lol I just noticed the weekends are off days and day 4 starts on Monday! I thought they corresponded with the day of the month, that’s my bad. I love that there is an option to access them earlier though, thanks so much for offering that and providing the link here. Onto day 4 today for me! This has been such a lovely reintroduction to a proper exercise regime. Nice and gentle but still impactful. I love your energy and the way you close out each day with beautiful reminders too. 🤍🙏🏼
