Loved this video! And would definitely love a full week of eating or videos showing different meals for breakfast lunch and dinner? May I ask, when you put your meals together, do you always make sure to have a source of protein carbs and healthy fats in each, or is that something you don’t really think about? Xx
Thank you! I like to think about food as ‘eat what you want, add what you need’ so I just try and add something a bit healthy on every plate if I remember xxx
I just discovered you and i love your videos, you made me feel happy. Greetings from Türkiye
You know i enjoy your videos! A little bit of everything. You share a day in your life and some other tips and stuff. But the one thing we kinda wanna see dont share or post? Meaning your outfits / hauls. 😢 hope one of these days you can share your try on hauls. You're perfect in and out girl ☺️🙏🏻♥️

Great video as always Grace! Loved the rice and tofu recipe, I would love to see what you eat in a week so I could perhaps get more ideas. Go vegan!
Do you eat snacks? Or try to eat enough at meal times?
I mentioned at the end that I just tend to eat 3 bigger meals and don’t get that hungry in between! I will 100% snack if I’m hungry though! X

Eating enough doesnt mean you should eat unhealthy food.
This was a very balanced day with loads of veggies and protein so not sure how this is unhealthy?
Great, another one.... If you're still following a fad diet like veganism, unless it's due to allergies or religious reasons, you're probably not actually as recovered as you think. Studies have shown that 60% of vegans fit the diagnostic criteria for an ED, often orthorexia or types of anorexia, and 75% of people who have been vegan for 12+ months have nutritional deficiencies that affect their health, such as anemia. You're just giving yourself a different set of rules and restrictions on what you can and can't eat as a way to replace your ED. Not sorry for pointing this out, myself and most other people in recovery have done this and it inevitably harms your body or leads to relapse. As someone who's been in your shoes, please let yourself eat real, normal food before you end up in the hospital with anemia or a serious medical complication. Sincerely, an ex vegan who's been in recovery for a lot longer than you, who has a permanent heart condition and lost weeks of my life to hospital stays because of exactly what you're doing now. I can't support your channel if you're going to encourage ED adjacent behavior while touting your supposed recovery. I can't support hypocrisy or self harm.
I’ve been vegan for 7 years now, way before I had any eating issues! Nothing to do with restricting I just don’t wanna kill animals lol x
Veganism isn't a fad diet.
She isn't promoting an ed or unhealthy eating habits.
She simply doesn't want to harm animals and it is totally possible and valid to live a healthy life and get the right nutrients while being vegan
There are unhealthy vegans and other ones who do use it as a way to justify or validate their ed to themselves, but how you could possibly think she is in any way doing that is in my opinion absurd.
She gave plenty of non vegan options for everything she ate incase someone who isn't vegan wants some food inspiration.
She isn't forcing veganism, nor judging anyone that isn't vegan.
Veganism works for some, but of course not everyone. (It's her choice and it works for her and doesn't harm her or her audience, especially giving the fact that she doesn't expect anyone else to do as she does)
Not vegan but vegetarian, I started eating this way 8 years ago simply because I don't like meat. It's gross to me (both the concept of animals and the taste) It's wrong to assume she's eating like this as a form of an ED. Yes, you can have deficiences if you aren't doing veganism properly but that goes with omni eating too. She isn't telling anyone to be vegan and mentioned meat alternatives in the video. I'd like to believe you have good intentions with your comment but it didn't come off that way
Most vegans do it for ethical reasons, and not for losing weight, and there are numerous health benefits. In fact, a vegan diet can make you gain weight if you eat snacks and junk food all the time. A balanced vegan diet can supply you with all the nutritional things you need. (Except for B12, unless you eat fortified food, however B12 deficiency takes literally years to develop since excess is stored in the liver for times of deficiency).
If you like eating meat, that's great, but saying a vegan diet isn't healthy is a total misconception.
I feel veganism is a lifestyle…I’ve been vegan for almost 20 years now & there are vegan alternatives for anything & everything…On a side note, studies show plant based diets are more cost effective, support heart health, lower blood pressure, reduce inflammation, improve kidney function, reduce risk of type 2 diabetes, reduce risk of cognitive impairment & dementia, reduce carbon footprint & may reduce the number of meds needed to treat chronic diseases…some sources backing up the above claims: Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine, National Institute of Health(nih.gov), Harvard Health, University of Oxford & Cambridge University & Press
