Lets escape.

I stuck my barehands into the mud to reel myself out of a medieval castle moat, paths were collapsed, bridges were closed, unexpected extra 10km, and chronic back pain.
I needed a change of scenery and routine. While there have been good days, I've had some bad ones too. It's like skiing: if you focus on the trees, you'll hit them. You need to lead where you want to go. Despite eating, working, and training well, I realized there's more to life than just productivity. Everyone has their own reality and goals. Being attractive is about being true to yourself, not conforming to others' standards. I saw a video of a guy who, despite his imperfections, was genuinely himself and attracted people because of it. I agree with that. Instead of imposing my opinions on others, I should focus on what I truly want to do and lead myself genuinely. That's what's truly attractive.
The hike was initially supposed to be a 2 day hike, with a total of 60km (I think), we faced obstacles like, collapsed paths, closed bridges, and stuck in a moat, making the hike tough. We reached a state of delirium but kept pushing. The last part was particularly grueling, but we made it to the campsite, set up our tent in the dark, and slept.
We decided not to continue to Brighton the next day due to exhaustion. Instead, we packed up, went to the nearest town for breakfast, and had Henning's mom pick us up. Despite not finishing the planned trip, we pushed ourselves and had a great bonding experience. I appreciated the hospitality of the Henning's family and enjoyed cooking for them. Overall, it was a challenging but rewarding adventure.

a bit further out from London but you should try hiking in the peak district, there's some really beautiful scenery and a range of difficulty hikes you can do. my home town is around there so if you want recs hmu!
