after a while the level is finally finished. there are bugs and skips that I have to fix, but this is the final visual result. so you're going to have to wait bit to play it, probably today, ill put the level id in the description when everything is ready.
now lets talk about the level.
"Lying is Love" is a modern style level that I started decorating a few weeks ago, some time after ccrashed uploaded the layout (IDOL). at first I didn't know what oshi no ko was, I had heard about the manga but didn't know what it was about. so one day after seeing the ccrashed layout I decided to give a try to the anime, and thank god I did. there are no words to describe how the first episode made me feel, I haven't felt this way with an anime in a long time and it was incredible. so after continuing watching the anime, I decided that I would try to decorate ccrashed's layout based on the opening. so here we are! I know it may not be the best level with this song, but I'm really proud of what we've created here. so I hope you like it as much as we do! enjoy!

So uhm, full level yay
By the time tom was making this I was travelling lmao. Most of the time I was straight up busy, and there were times where I practiced the leyak layout (I beat it today how) but that doesn't stop us from discussing/making this level.
And my demotivation is hitting again.
Every time I get to finish pre-drops, I become lazy asf and run out of ideas for gp. I tried being experimental but it suckssssss omg why.
I also get demotivation because I was grinding star rail (istg stop giving me def artifacts)
So no layout from me for a while (unless if I get motivated again)
Thanks tom for decorating the layout I worked my hardest on (for now). Appreciate it !

Hey I've just checked out the level in practice mode (Really fun and cool level btw) for a bit but why does the drop have a waiting time and the ending bit removed? I went into the level editor and noticed that the drop part was there but moved forward for a while. But the ending part is just completely gone when playing from 0 (Probably caused by the drop part move trigger). Also why have the coin shifted from the ending to the beginning :(

The level has 2 versions.
1 is the version with the game song (newgrounds) and the other version is the original version with the idol song. this is because in order for a level to be rated with a nong (non-newgrounds) song, the in-game song that is replaced also has to have sync with the level. the idol song is very original, and it is almost impossible for me to find a replacement on newgrounds to use.
you can switch versions by clicking at the beginning of the level as soon as it begins. If you are playing with idol, click. if you are playing with the song in the game, do not click.

How do I put the music D:?

to start, download the song that is in the description and change the name to 1094456.
if you use mobile:
1) download the mod menu
2) use a file explorer and go to "gdmods" folder and then to "songs" and paste the song there.
if you use pc:
1) look for "run" in your pc's browser and put the code %appdata%
2) go to the local folder
3) look for the "GeometryDash" folder
4) paste the song there and click accept if it asks you to replace the original one.

ah y q el nivel se llame "Lying is love" me da a entender q sabes de q va la letra, y no me malentiendas, la ambientación no siempre es alegre y se entiende, en partes como la parte antes del drop dios mio esa parte fue increíble, la amé completamente, pero el nivel no siempre tiene la q para mi sería como una deco bien ambientada, y se siente raro en algunas partes, para mi un nivel de este estilo debe saber balancear entre la deco/ambientación del ritmo y de la letra
un consejo btw, hubiera estado chido tener deco en los marcos q hay por ratos en el nivel, un marco negro todo el tiempo resulta algo aburrido, y no tiene por q ser lo mismo todo el tiempo, puede ir cambiando, pero solo negro hace parecer al nivel algo más vacío
y para los q me venga a hatear, no hay ningún nivel perfecto, y este evidentemente no es uno de esos, esto es mi opinión personal sobre el nivel, no significa q el nivel tenga q ser así lol, repito, es mi opinión personal

1) el gp no lo hice yo.
2) la decoracion es literalmente el op del anime pero ambientada a objetos de gd, asi que si queres culpar a alguien de que no pegue la decoracion con la letra culpa al op.
3) no te das una idea la cantidad de veces que escuche esta cancion sin parar. se perfectamente de que trata la cancion y sacando el drop (que me lo tuve que inventar porque recrear esa parte de la cancion a un nivel de gd es demasiado dificil) yo creo que hice un muy buen trabajo representando de lo que habla. si es verdad que se sentra mas en la instrumental que en la letra, pero si te pones a analizar lo que dice la letra con las cosas que salen de fondo en el principo, te vas a dar cuenta que es literal lo que dice la cancion.
4) tene en cuenta que yo use el op como base, y no el OMV de yoasobi para hacer la decoracion. y usar el OMV como base para decoracion, es muchisimo mas facil que usar el op, ya que es mas expresivo a la hora de representar la letra en video, y porque es mucho mas minimalista y son cosas que tranquilamente se pueden hasta calcar en gd.
5) la decoracion no la hice 100% yo, hay muchas cosas que me hubiese gustado cambiar, pero no lo hice para mantener el aspecto original del layout original, por ejemplo el "block design" no lo hice yo, solo use el que ya tenia como base y le agregue mas cosas. creeme que si el nivel lo hubiera hecho entero 100% yo, estaria muchisimo mejor y se me hubiera hecho mas facil, pero tampoco quiero menospreciar el trabajo del creador original.
6) esto esta por LEJOS a ser el mejor nivel que haya hecho, tiene muchas cosas mejorables y que me doy cuenta que podria ponerle mas cosas y hasta tengo ideas para ello pero simplementa ya me da flojera lol. asi que si te interesa, te invito a que veas creaciones originales mias.
7) el nivel ya fue mandado a moderadores, y todos me dicen lo mismo: "lo mandaria, pero la cancion en NG no pega con el nivel" es muy dificil poder encontrar un remplazo ideal, asi que cuando pueda encontrar una buena cancion que tenga sync con el nivel, lo mas probable es que tenga rate.

quiero empezar con q quiero disculparme porq había puesto una opinión más a detalle sobre qué fue lo q me gustó del nivel y qué no, pero aparentemente edité el mensaje y pos se borró la opinión original, ese mensaje era más como una conclusión XD, voy a volver a mandar la opinión
gp:
el gp en general está bien, pega con la canción y es frenético, se ve divertido, y no tengo conflictos respecto algo salvo algunas partes q se veían un tanto más flojas o los cps boost q habían de la nada, y las arañas DIOS MIO q cosas tan exageradas XD
deco: bueno esto lo decía ya gran parte en el mensaje anterior pero bueno, estaba un poco desbalanceada la cosa, porq partes como la parte antes del drop en la q todo se pone negro y el drop me fascinaron y me parecieron de lo mejor q vi, muy buen trabajo, pero otras partes como dije, o no se sienten del todo bien con la canción o se ven un poco vacías/incompletas, siento q les falta algo, parece más una preview, en todo caso hiciste un buen trabajo ambientándolo con el ritmo, me encantó el detalle de q en una parte tranquilita todo se pone negro y lento como el ritmo y eso de verdad fue calidad, y como dije el drop es simplemente increíble, aunq en general parece un nivel incompleto
opinión general: a pesar de todo lo q no me terminó de convencer me parece un nivel bastante decente y se notó el esfuerzo q se puso tanto en el gp con la deco, y sí, me gustó

de igual manera esa no fue una opinión solamente de tu trabajo, si no, al de todos, por si no me di a entender, entiendo q hayan partes q tú hayas hecho q te hubieran gustado cambiar, pero no estoy calificando tu trabajo, es el de todos, y ntp, no pienso q tu nivel de deco sea mediocre o algo, pienso q es bastante bueno
por si no quedó claro es mi opinión de todo el nivel juntito y el trabajo de todos xd

I just finished the practice mode of the level, but there's a bug at 3% during the spider/ball transition where I hit the wall in front. Is this normal? (Because without noclip, I can't pass this part)
