Looks good. Chef used Pink Himalayan salt instead of soy because he was using soy glaze which is a little sweet, but all Asian food uses sugar in their recipes...so too in all American food, just look at the labels. For my taste there was too much red & orange pepper, and I might chop up some cabbage to go into this dish. Looks so good, I could eat it all down. I haven't ever used frozen Udon noodles, only dried one's...I'll look for frozen next time I buy them. I want the knife!!!!

I would like to get the Yanagi knife!! I love to watch Hiro san cooking and the videos make me want to try his recipe same day. I tied smoke salmon maki sushi and it came out very delicious! I always have frozen udon noodles in my freezer but I’ve never cook Yaki Udon. I can’t to wait to cook this for lunch tomorrow! Thank you Hiro san!
