    I am a college student who has been wanting to cook more at home. All these fast fridays and cheap eats have inspired me. I am definitely not the most confident home cook since I never did it before, but after these videos, I am willing to try to get better!

      I want the knife! I would love to have it for myself, but my ex-girlfriend broke up a little more than a year ago and I took my set of good knives and left her with some not-so-great knives, this would be for her...

    Looks good. Chef used Pink Himalayan salt instead of soy because he was using soy glaze which is a little sweet, but all Asian food uses sugar in their recipes...so too in all American food, just look at the labels. For my taste there was too much red & orange pepper, and I might chop up some cabbage to go into this dish. Looks so good, I could eat it all down. I haven't ever used frozen Udon noodles, only dried one's...I'll look for frozen next time I buy them. I want the knife!!!!

    Thank you for another great meal lesson. I had to run to the store and make this meal and it was so easy but delicious. I could not find soy glaze but I used sweet soy sauce instead. Please keep up the great videos and can’t wait until next Friday.

    I would like to get the Yanagi knife!! I love to watch Hiro san cooking and the videos make me want to try his recipe same day.
    I tied smoke salmon maki sushi and it came out very delicious! I always have frozen udon noodles in my freezer but I’ve never cook Yaki Udon. I can’t to wait to cook this for lunch tomorrow! Thank you Hiro san!

    I want the knife! I fell in love with sushi when I discovered Hiro and this channel. Now I work at a sushi restaurant as a waitress. Watching the chefs make sushi is so mesmerizing and I want to be make beautiful sushi too!

    I want the knife! I have a question Master Terada! What is the different between Soya Glaze and Hoisen Sauce in taste? Can I use it instead of soya Glaze? I can't find this sauce here in BC!
