I love her violin in this video. She is an endless well of creativity & passion for her art. She is, hands down, my favorite artist in any genre. She & her music shatter those boundaries anyway. Phantom of the Opera has the most incredible scores of ANY Broadway play ever made! And dreamy to the eyes. I was enchanted watching. It's the only play I've seen more than once.

It used to be a yearly event for me when I was younger. I love it. The music never gets old like a pop tune would.
Such a wonderful melody paired with the fierceness of the phantom. So many changes in the song I'm taken with great surprise after every chapter.

Now disabled. I listen and watch your absolute beauty with a great deal of appreciation. Always brings goose bumps and tears. I can still conduct, as I do when listening, great upper body workout. I come back to this every month or two, and every time I watch it I’m just so impressed. The music is intense, and I’ve seen Phantom on Broadway, and this is so top notch. The choreography, scene changes and wardrobe changes, everything about this video is just rocking from beginning to end. Bravo!

This song was not originally from Umbrella Acadamy, let's take a moment to appreciate the Book, movie, and music that is Le Fantome de opera/The Phantom of the opera, Thank you too, Gaston Leroux (Book, the 1800s), Andrew Lloyd Webber (Musical, 1980s), and Lon Chaney (Movie actor that originally portrayed the Phantom/Eric in the 1910s) Also I would like to add that I'm very excited to hear that Lindsy Stirling's music is being used in films, she is a PHENOMENAL violinist and I hope to see her music in Movies.

I think people do know this. Most people are excited for her. For example, I’d heard this before and when Vanya started playing it in the show it made me excited to hear it again. Came straight to RUclips. Found a lot of people doing the same.
I don't mean to interject, but Gaston Leroux actually wrote the book in 1910, Lon Chaney played the phantom in 1925, and the real original film entitled Das Phantom der Oper came out in 1916, starring Nils Olaf Chrisander as the Phantom. Not a lot of people know of this one because it was lost, but it was technically the first film adaptation.
I love phantom the music is so so good Andrew Lloyd Webber did a phenomenal job! I so happy that some people have potentially rediscovered the musical through umbrella academy with too is a frigging amazing show!!

I remember when this came out and reminiscing on singing these songs with my Dad as a kid. Now, eleven years later, I still love it! Lindsey transformed something beautiful into something transcendent! Absolutely love it and will never stop loving it!!

Well, how do people normally respond to covers and remakes? I like this version. I also like Andrew Lloyd Webber's version, but there is always going to be people who prefer the original rather than an adaptation.
