This is all on Sancho. Geordie saying this is happening a lot in Ten Hags time. This just shows how many egos and toxic players there are in United. I'm an Arsenal fan but I back Ten Hag

I also think it is telling that Ten Hag said he was not training well. Sancho responds that he 'conducted himself very well in training this week'. That sounds like commenting on his own behaviour, not so much his level of training. It feels like he says 'I have not pissed about at training this week'. While Ten Hag just says that what he shows, is not at the expected level. And for Sancho to have responded in this way, even though he has hardly performed for United, I think it says a lot about him having a very skewed self-image.

Honestly, only in England would you see so much time devoted to discussing such a non-topic. Having lived in France and Germany, I assure you, managers say far worse than this in many areas of Europe, and players are expected to get on with it by their fan base.

the difference I think is how the media works in England, they're more... tabloid news type of media, so there's the need for public figure to have a more calculated response because English media can twist a lot of things from non issue into a huge problem.

Meanwhile hes been sitting on his backside for going on 2 weeks and reports that hes consistently been late to training at City Dortmund England and now United. And now after the Ole interview where he bought Sancho for RW and Sancho basically told him I dont play RW/I dont want to play there and refused to do whats best for the team. He needs selling

Can’t believe that this is even being debated. Sancho publicly questioned his manager’s honesty: if it were Fergie, his feet wouldn’t have touched the ground.
And that’s before we consider his history of attitude problems that led to Man City giving him the boot.

Hadn`t Sancho been english, then their is no way that he`d be this protected, Sancho is a bad player but he is english so he has to protected at all costs. Ten Hag job is too get the best out of the team and if certain players aren`t up to what he thinks the level should be then Ten Hag should be allowed to call him out, and if Ten Hag does then honestly the player should just shut up and accept it, Clubs aren`t a democracy, it`s a hierachy and Ten Hag is at the top, Sancho and players are on the bottom of that hierachy.

Ten Hag did it on purpose. He knew exactly what he was doing. People who say "why didn't he criticise him behind closed doors?". Do you think he didn't?
This is a guy who was bought in as the highest paid player, who Ten Hag's tried everything with to support him, and he still lacks the most basic level of professionalism you'd expect in any job, let alone Man Utd star player on 350k a week.
Same issues occurred at City and Dortmund. In fact at Dortmund the manager had to resort to calling him out in public to get a response. That season Sancho went on an incredible run and was on fire in response.
That's exactly what Ten Hag tried. His last resort was calling him out in public, and Sancho's response was the worst it could have possibly been

Well in my opinion, Sancho is unhappy to not be starting and I see his point of view when you watch Antony play awful for 3 games in a row and you are on the bench the whole time I’m sure most people wouldn’t be happy and according to reports most Utd players feel bad for Sancho because they feel he was training well but they don’t like how he has handled the situation.

Even if Sancho was pissed at ten Hag for putting him on blast, it was the tweet that exacerbated the situation. During the international break they had talks and it has been made clear that if Sancho apologises for his reaction then ten Hag would bring him back into the fold. Last year ETH took serious flack protecting Sancho. This season when asked to up his input on the training ground that player goes into a sulk and goes straight to social media to whine. The manager decides what is a GOOD training session from a player and given Sancho is on 350k a week it sickens me that people blame ETH for what clearly is player power gone mad at UTD.

The Moment someone mention pep, doing similar things, DEFLECTION....Its Easier to train Harder, THAN TO IMPROVE YOUR TOUCH🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Sancho is failing the easy part...thats the problem...Ole used to protect players, did that benefit him or the team???

Pep publicly called a player overweight last season. Did we see that player react on social media and go against him?

If Sancho turns the other cheek like a fucking man would, this doesn't happen. This guy trying to excuse retaliation to a simple answered question. Player power is cancer.

ETH doesnt know how to deal with players he does it indirectly. he will leave a good player on the bench and to piss them he’ll ask them to come on the 85th like he did it with a Ajax player and Ronaldo.
United gave no reason to why Sancho wasn’t in the squad like they normally do for example rashford being late and placed on the bench for punishment so ETH planned it. Questioning a player’s touch isn’t the same thing.

Klopp and pep both protect their players. They are the best in the league and it’s because they understand unity and how to make that happen.

No. Ten hag has done so much for sancho to the point of even letting him leave the squad for 3 months to try work on himself when he wasn’t even injured and it wasn’t like we didn’t need him we were playing matches every 3-4 days. It ain’t upto sancho to say he’s training well the manager is the one who decides that and he saw 4 wingers train better than sancho so he didn’t pick him. He felt protecting sancho didn’t lead to any real results so tried motivating him publicly but sancho has behaved like a spoilt brat. Let’s not act like he’s not on 375k a week.
Edit: also what if eth tried to protect him by lying and said that he’s ill or something and then sancho comes out and puts a statement. Remember he called his manager a liar, it’s disgraceful

Why are Players so pampered in England specially English ones.Players get publicaly criticised all the time by their managers in Spain and nobody cares.I don’t see Spanish media making such a fuss. Its stupid.Even in Italy,Mourinho tore poor Karsdorp to shreds and fans were like ehhh 😂😂
