You just can't replace entire midfield on a whim. Without partey' in the middle, we won't create anything from the midfield. Declan rice is a safe midfielder. He will put on average 6.5/10 every game. He isn't the midfielder who can set the tempo or progress the ball with pace. Instead of spending 170 m on rice and havertz who should have got proper no 8
