I need to thank you Rachel. Watching your videos are a highlight to my day and you almost always post a video a day! I absolutely love the stories you tell as you are crafting. You do make your audience feel like we are part of your life. I live in New Jersey, USA and am stuck at home working which usually means very long hours. My office is saying that we may not be going back into the office until summer of 2021 (I work for a very large company). So listening to you helps me stay inspired . I love the variety of things you show and the realism of your crafting. So I just wanted you to know how much your videos are appreciated. Thank you again. Got to get back to watching before I have to start work for the day 😄

Good morning ☀️ I was watching Gail this morning, and she wanted to hear about artistic inspiration growing up and now. So I told her my story. But my story in the journal world was with you. I was surfing u tube and came across you and lulu. It was years ago and you were just starting. You had gotten some happy mail and was almost crying with excitement. You were very humbling and you hooked me. Been a fan ever since. 💕. Her video opened up a lot of great memory. Just wanted you to know you were part of it 💕.

Funny your story about Lulu. When I was growing up I told my mom I couldn't wait to get old enough to pay bills. while you are giving tips, drinking coffee, having fun and chatting with the girls, *I* have been working my fingers to the gone (an old southern expression). And I thought about you all day -- because -- I'm almost done with the journals -- it's only been seven months !! -- but the No. 1 tip you gave me -- oh, dang it, I'm getting choked up -- I'm just a sentimental old woman, we'll both have to deal with it -- but you told me specifically -- of course you can do this -- learn the basics and imprint your own style -- you -- *YOU* -- taught me about the wonderful world of digis, which I thought were magical and only people who were tech savvy could use them -- you -- *YOU* -- also introduced me to some spectacular artists, as well as making your own artwork available -- I still go back to one of the first ones I purchased from you, it's a tag one -- nature tags, maybe? I print them out for my own personal use, and put them in journals and other items I gift to people -- and they're in these journals, as well as the new ones -- biological ones?? -- but I also bought your easter kit way after easter because you included this one fabulous blue page, and I use it all the time -- ha -- you taught me about hemp -- who knew? and straw paper and reintroduced me to embroidery, which I'm lousy at, which is fine -- I just like making french knots -- I haven't embroidered since I was a young girl and we embroidered on our jeans -- bell bottoms -- we were the "cool" girls -- ha -- but the tip I learned from you that I have used most of the day is this -- because I make them and then when they're all done, I sew around whatever needs sewing -- but to use grey thread -- and you are so right -- I have two colors, a dark, smoky grey, I guess and then a nice kind of misty grey, which is my favorite and is in my sewing machine -- I buy those huge spools made for -- I think you guys call them overlocking machines; we call them sergers -- but it really is perfect. Now, you don't have to share your tips; you could open a patreon channel -- but you don't -- you share so freely, and I believe that is why you are so successful, plus you are just so talented -- and so funny -- I still laugh about you shooting that guy the bird who was honking his horn at you -- and spiders in men's socks -- my life is so boring -- and I know first hand how hard it is to do videos -- and then figure out how to add photos and then upload to instagram, which our dog has an instagram page, I do not -- he even has followers -- he tells me: the ladies can't get enough of this, then smiles his little smile -- men ! (me rolling my eyes, and then sneaking him a treat!!). but seriously, one thing that has helped me with collage is having that last set of tags, and your other papers -- the quality is so good; they print beautifully -- the colors are so vibrant, and there's lots of blue and birdies -- how can it get any better ? big hugs, thanks for all you do -- we all really do appreciate you -- Patricia

To anyone here who lives on the west coast affected by the horrible, horrible fires and in the gulf states the historic damages in some areas from Hurrican Sally -- I wish we could send that much-needed rain to end the fires. I live in Virginia. We stand with you. We know the pain of both of those events, and people who can help, such as power company employees and relief firefighters are headed there now -- on the news, they had a spokesperson from the Red Cross, and they asked for donations -- there are so many people who lost their homes, especially in Oregon. right now it's much too soon to know just what is needed, but the immediate need is housing -- which will probably be hotel/motels -- so we donated both to the red cross and to -- I think it was teh national spca -- I don't have the link -- they are going in and trying to find domestic animals who may have survived the fires, and get them medical treatment if necessary and get them reunited with their owners if possible -- also, the forestry service is setting up treatment facilities for wildlife which may be able to survive with proper medical attention -- we have amazon prime, so I wanted to send pet food with free shipping -- but -- because of the fires, they sent us a notice about not being able to fulfill shipping requests -- I got one from fedex, too -- You are all in our prayers -- Patricia

Post Office drama, before the COVID, there are people in New York City that will spend hours with one postal clerk in order to get their passport. They will bring the whole family. The easy way is to get the passport application and fill it out at home for each person. Also go to neighborhood pharmacy for passport pictures. The cost is about $90 per person. Mail it and get it in 3 weeks. But no! They fill out the application right there and get also their picture taken. Plus expedite the forms (which they will receive in 3 weeks) Cost per person $350.00!! There is only 3 postal clerk at the post office. Wow. Love your Medieval Journal. I just bought the digitals.

@@roxycreations679 thank you for your help. I use a glue stick, put my finished work under a heavy book. I think I might turn on my dehumidifier, it could be that the air is too moist maybe. I just wanted to say that I love watching your videos, I find them so inspiring and relaxing. Back in the 70's, when I was a little girl, my family lived in Ravenna, Italy, we are originally from Canada. We used to go sightseeing in San Marino. Anyways, have a wonderful day!

I was just wondering if you have a video from the past anywhere where maybe you introduce your daughter on camera? my Granddaughter would love to meet her. I am not sure how you spell her name but it sounds like your saying lou lou/lulu which was my childhood nick name

There's normally a little triangle below the video, bottom right hand corner. Click that and the description box will drop down.
