Loved hearing Stef speaking Italian and you answering in English! Such a pleasant no-stress video. Thanks for all your hard work keeping us entertained and learning. ❤️
Thank you! 😃
I had forgotten these. Sooo time well spent.
Watching the oldies and goodies 🤫😏
Really enjoyed watching you mass make these pockets Rachel.
Thank you so much!
Just what I needed as inspiration to use up some more book pages. Thank you.

Always a joy to watch you create. Love the finished pockets. Fun listening to you chatting with Stef. 💞🤗🦋

Fab Rachel. Love mass making. Makes it so much easier making journals. Gorgeous pockets xxx
Thank you so much!
I love, love, love watching you slow stitch and paint, don't get me wrong, but I'm absolutely ecstatic when watching you play with paper. I'm watching 👀 though, whatever you choose to do. You are my face for sure! 😊 ❤
Thank you so much!
I was saying to Gayle this morning how much I appreciate you all, I’d be lost without seeing you all every day. While watching this my husband asked “who’s that?” and when I said it was you he said “she’s funny “ and laughed which was good as he had a lousy day at work. Thanks Rachel for brightening our day. 🥰
Oh I'm so pleased!!! Nothing worse than a lousy day!!! Thank you so much!
Love to watch you create bases. Love mass making. Thank you for sharing
Thank you so much!
So happy your back is better/improving. Love the simplicity of the pickets
Thank you so much!
I love these! They are quick and easy and like you said, a stash buster.
Thank you so much!
I really enjoy your chatting, I wish I could pass on your news to someone else here in the Midwest!! You know about the angry person in the post office & the nice lady who works there! Haha! It’s the little things that make the world go ‘round! I should be working on something too, while you’re so busy getting the pockets finished, but it’s so enjoyable to just watch! Have a nice day!
Thank you so much!
Finding a home for these delicious items wont be hard...❣🇦🇺

Thank you for your time and sharing of ideas. Joyce
Thank you so much!
Lovely to see you make these, I've never made en masse journals, though I do stamp and paint a few at a time. Playing with mushrooms and sunflowers at the moment, maybe for the front of an altered book. Fascinated by your vintage books. Hugs, joie 💜🌿 and congratulations on 19,000 subbies. 👍🏻🍄🌿
I like to have a bit ready for when i make journals otherwise they seem to take forever to complete! i look forward to seeing what you're up to. Thank you so much!
Fabulous pockets Rachel!!! I’m really enjoying the mass making videos. TFS!!! Hugs, Sharon 🌷💜

Was doing some gluing last night and went to get another glue stick and saw that I only had 3 left. Eeek! Rushed to Amazon and ordered more right away. I thought of you. Lol Nice pockets; always looking for ways to use up all those book pages. Thanks for all the lovely ideas. 💚💚💚
Oh my word, worst nightmare! I'm glad you were able to buy some more!!!! Thank you so much!
Great pockets, love the decorating!
Thank you so much!
Love these! I needed a back to basics inspirational video - having a hard time getting back into the swing of things.
Oh i hope you're ok, you disappeared!!! Look forward to your return! Thank you so much!
Hi Rachel just loving the vintage book pages you sent. I'm hording them lol....
Hope your back is doing better. I realized the one book was actually typed 😲the pages that feel like paper are my fav. And the one with Mary and child. So cool thanks again. Hugs be safe and stay healthy 🌹
Sometimes they almost feel embossed. i love the feel of the paper too! i hope you enjoy them. Thank you so much!
This is great! I've learned from Tina to mass make smaller things but for some reason I never thought to make pockets ahead. TYSM. I really loved the way you finished them up as you showed us at the very end (my son would say the 'tippy' end). So glad I found your channel! With love from the Southern California desert, MK ❤☀️🌵
Thank you so much!
Thank you Rachel, these turned out so gorgeous. I love each and every one❤

Yes, the black cockatoo is very striking.
he is lovely and I'd been looking for a home for him for sometime now!

Love the pockets! Hugs and have an awesome day! Oh! Got the room rearranged! Love it! Also getting some organization to the room! Thank for the inspiration lady! Hugs!

This is directed to the lovely fellow crafting buddy who sent me some laughing emojis; I need your help once again !! -- "It's pension time" It's like that here, too, and I was laughing -- and then , da da dum ... "did you listen? I would have listened!" Me, too !!!! I laughed and laughed -- little Beans had her two little kittens -- those dang boys !!! Everything is closed we can't get any of them "fixed" -- but we were up all night long, and we went to be around 8 AM, and it's 1:30 and I literally just woke up and turned on the weather and then youtube for the nightly news anad found this lovely video instead -- what a way to start your day -- with friends you don't know and your funny funny comments and wonderful tutorials -- what a great idea to glue the pages together while they're still somewhat attached -- enough of me commentng, but that was so funny !!!
I would definitely have listened, so bad I know!!! Kindred spirits we are, lol!!!
You make it look so easy.....
It is easy!!!
The comment you said about having to listen just cracked me up. Exactly what I would have said to my husband. 😂
I couldn't believe he didn't listen. i think if the gentleman was screaming it would have been hard not to hear, lol!
Wonderful hon!!!? My package arrived today and I adore everything!!! You sent them on the 1st August and it arrived on 31st so that’s pretty good I guess? Thanks chook 🙂❤️🇦🇺xxx
That's fantastic, better than 2 months!!! Thank you so much!
Such a great idea and they’re beautiful! I love the kits.
Thank you so much!
I really love watching you create these lovely pieces. You’re so good at collage, which is still scary to me.
Thank you so much!
Great inspiration!!
Thank you so much!
Thankyou
i think i need to do a mass make now i have finished the italian church journals - i have lots of snips of paper left, and your kits are so interchangeable xx
I can't wait to see your journals!
Hi Rachel, can you tell me what program you use to make your digital images for Etsy? When I found you on youtube I had to watch ALL your videos, I love everything you do! Thank you! Kristina
I just use the regular programs but my husband has extra 'plug ins' that are great. I don't know what they are though. Thank you so much!
Thank you
Pretty pockets
Thank you so much!
These are great, then you'll stitch themg right? I try too hard, haha, it's hard to cross over from card making to journals lol! I'm getting less fussy! You're helping me to free up if that makes sense!?!🤗🙂
Thank you so much!
Ive got a binder going for all of my samples like this....labeled with the video it came from. Seriously most are #roxysweekly challenge ❤❤❤
Thank you so much 😊
So inspiring as
Thank you so much!
Hi Rachael, is the black cockatoo in one of your kits? If so, which one please? Love what your doing here !
I think i got it from the Graphics Fairy. Thank you so much!
Helpful, thank you
Thank you so much!
Great pockets!!!! I have a question Rachel.....when you buy old books do they ever have a musty smell? Mine do and I don't know how to get rid of it! I certainly don't want my journals to smell!!!!
They do smell a bit. I only put a few back into journals so find they done't smell too much. Maybe leave them out in the freash air for a day (not in direct sunlight). that might help. Thank you so much!
jennifer hartsfield put them in a box with a box of open baking soda. It will absorb the smell and any moisture.😊
@@Kathyjones55 thank you, Kathy!!!
I must get on the Mass Making Train!!!!!
It's a good one to be on!!!
Does anyone else do this? When Rachel pauses a bit to think, she says
Too funny!
Wow 3R’s, I thought I was the only kinda crazy one who breaks into song at So, nice to know I’m not alone. :)
@@kayewolfstudio8106 I've been singing that song most of my life -- when he was older, I finally let my kid watch The Simpson -- because he was sneak watching it anyway -- and whenever Homer would say: Doh -- Me: a deer, a female deer ....back in the days when movies were wonderful -- I keep telling my kid I'm going to start a new career as a screenwriter -- you only need to know one word that isn't firetruck !!! Be well, we'll sing together -- Patricia : )
😍😍😍
Thank you so much!
I so want to make journals, but they scare me, I'm nervous that I'll get it wrong. But you made me think that maybe I should just start making the 'bits', like your pockets & working my way up? Why do men never listen to the good stuff, I so would of listened to it too.
You should just start, it takes a while but you'll get the hang of it. Thank you so much!
Hi, Roxy, I’m just popping in to let you know that there’s an article on Jessie Chorley in the newest (Sept./Oct.) issue of Embroidery (The Textile Art Magazine) It’s a short article, not sure it’s worth the price of the magazine. You can see everything she made on her website. Just after her is an article about Mandy Patullo, another awesome fiber artist. She’s very different from Jessie but still wonderful. Just an FYI. You can delete this if you wish. The magazine comes from England. I order it from their website. It’s a bit pricey but the only one around that keeps up with embroidery.
I saw that as she shared it in her website. Thank you so much!
Im not surprised to hear the guy was waiting with a gun...Italy is in a very bad economic state there are alot of gangs and crimes...dont know why your living in that place to be honest why would you leave Australia to live in Italy? Irene xx
Well I am surprised as those things don't really happen where I live in italy. I'm not sure what news you are hearing I live in a very tranquil part of Italy not in Rome or Milan. Sydney is more dangerous than where I live here. I love Australia but left because of my husband otheriwse of course I would never have left. That being said I have a great husband and am very happy.
