Oh Rachel I just love everything you do and this series is so much fun to watch. The colours and designs are just so beautiful. Thank you so much for all the joy you bring to all of us watching. I can't wait for your next video! 💗🙏💜❤️😊
I adore the look of this book. I didnt want to buy ephemera for this so went to flea markets and yard sales and thrift shops to find history books and cut the pictures out of them. It was a bit more time consuming but I loved the aspect of recycling old books!
I had to go get me a Jaffe kit. I didn't get the same one, but since they're all so perfect it was hard to choose. I must have a chomper soon. It looks much more fun than the paper trimmer 😀. I love the way your window pieces turned out. Such an inspiration you are. ❤
I love my chomper i think they work better than the trimmer and so far the blade is still very sharp. Jarf's kits are amazing and so much fun to work with! Thank you so much!
Hi Rachel. It appears those panels on each side of the window pocket are actually more like shutters on each side, as is...not folded over. There are other ones like that in the kit. It also explains why the patterns didn't match up. (I went to her listing for the kit to look at the pictures to try and figure it out. Ha.) I'm just a beginner & her kits intimidate me. But this kit is SO beautiful!
This has been a joy to watch - and I mean the whole book. I loved seeing all these pieces come together. I’m looking forward to popping in for a cappuccino and seeing you “at home” 😊💐 Proper Autumn has arrived here and I had to put the heating on! And we are in jumpers and gloves.
Beautiful kit- just so many options as to what to include and what to make out of each of the pages- awesome that you are able to share the process so we can see all the pieces!! I love that people do that!!
You made every tiny bit of that paper fit for your use. Don’t ya love when that happens. Oh and just FYI I got my cutter at JoAnns with a 40% coupon on one regular priced item. Hopefully those who want one it’s nor Fiscar.
No timer today. It’s good because if you are like me I fret about time the whole way through until it goes off. Even sleeping I wake up at night to see what time it is. Noooo I’m not obsessed about things. 🤥
Oh my you have my creative side getting excited to make journals I've bought so many kits. I have a question about the glue stick does it last do the papers stay together? is this the only glue you use for papers?
Good day. Hope you got some sleep. I thought you would empty your trash basket yesterday knowing you have nothing else to do. I’m tucking down so when you take a swing at me I don’t get hit. 😜
Love everything you made. They are all so pretty. I want to know what kind of scissors you use. You are the best fussy cutter ever and it just amazes me. I use the little scissors and it takes me forever. You just zip right through your papers!! Love watching!! What kind of glue is the blue glue stick? I notice you use that on different occasions. Thanks for sharing!!💖❤️💖
The blue gluestick is my favourite. It's by Giotto and glues fabric down very well. I usually only have that but during lock down Amazon ran out so I bought huge pack of Pritt glue. When I finish those I will go back to only using the Giotto one. I don't know what brand of scissors I have I bought a pack of them at Spotlight in Australia. Thank you so much!
Binge watching many of your older videos!!!❤❤❤

Thank you so much!
Lovely! Medieval Mirage has such a lot of goodies to work with in her kits. 😊❤️
Shame Jarf didn't do a how to video for the extras kit so we understand what she had in mind for the mismatch pieces because I'm sure she had a plan!
She really does pack them full of goodies! Thank you so much!
@@penelopemarshall6320 Yes or even just a quick note on the page with instruction. That being said we get there in the end!

In the spirit of not wasting anything!
I’m ready to watch until the cows come home. Since I have no cows it won’t interfere.
Another saying that I know from childhood...until the cows come home......how did these go around the world before Internet?
Maybe Steve will get you one!!!
@@brendagraw3729 It is really amazing and so funny that there are similar expressions everywhere!
We had two. They are not the smartest animal in the world. That was enough. Lol
Excellent, Rachel! Are those small cards calling cards?
They could be! Thank you so much!
No timer today. It’s good because if you are like me I fret about time the whole way through until it goes off. Even sleeping I wake up at night to see what time it is. Noooo I’m not obsessed about things. 🤥
Plenty of time!!!
I think the folded one is meant to fold to the front, like a window you Open
Thank you so much!
I do the same for my kits. So many ephemera pieces they would get lost in the mix if you don’t.
Yay I feel special I think I mite b the first to watch and coment luv ur chanel
Thank you so much!
Could you share what brand glue stick you are using? And where to find it?
I use a Giotto glue stick normally but I live in Italy so unfortunately can't tell you where to buy it.
Do you think the sides should fold forward so it looks like an altar?
Hahaha yes i do think so now but i like how they are folded back as well!
Oh my you have my creative side getting excited to make journals I've bought so many kits. I have a question about the glue stick does it last do the papers stay together? is this the only glue you use for papers?
As far as I know they stay together but you need to use a good quality glue stick. Thank you so much!
Look the writing. On the left back folded one. That’s why they don’t meet.
Ciao Rachel, quanto dura la lama della tua taglierina?
Io ho quella della Fiskars e devo cambiare spesso le lame 😲
Io preferisco la 'guillotine' quelli altri non durano niente. La lama è ancora molto tagliente.
Roxy Creations grazie cara 🌺💕🌺💕
Good day. Hope you got some sleep. I thought you would empty your trash basket yesterday knowing you have nothing else to do. I’m tucking down so when you take a swing at me I don’t get hit. 😜
Hahaha it took me about 3 days to get to it!
Those are gate pockets. They “close “ over the picture. You open them to reveal the image
You glue the other pieces on the exposed sides of the “gates”
Thank you so much!
