One thing in TASM 1 I didn’t like is how they cut everything with Kurt and his son, so I’m glad y’all kept that element in! It really humanizes the Lizard
Well that movie was trying to be different from Sam Raimi and that’s one of the reasons why Amazing Spider-Man 2

It’s really a shame that they left that aspect out of TASM, because it would have made the themes tighter. It’s a movie about trying to fill holes in your life (Kurt trying to restore his arm and Peter looking for a father figure in Connors) but learning to be happy with what you have (or had). It would have been really profound if, while Peter was looking for someone to fill the hole left by his dad, Kurt was also looking for someone to replace his lost relationship with his son (perhaps he and his wife are divorced). Either way, I think TASM is a really under appreciated movie, it’s a shame that studio interference took out so much and made it a less interesting film.

But... it would only be MORE "Clone Saga"... pretty much the only thing coming CLOSE to "one last day" in how much spidey fans hate it... a pretty curious decision to turn into the second trilogy's core lore. Although Ben, the "other" Spiderman is for all its worth a cool figure in its own right.
I Have a Theory why there was a second Spiderman, a other miles warren from the ending of the other part, and that MJ is alive is that the Spiderman Villain “The chameleon” is apart of this, maybe he was shapeshifting as these people.

Honestly, one of the biggest disappointments for me with the OG Spiderman trilogy is never seeing this transformation on screen. I'm glad y'all tackled this potential in a well thought out way.
In the spiderman 3 game they have lizard in it and have kraven hunt him down but spiderman saves him a d gets hik back to human. Marvels spiderman 2 literally took the idea because they clearly dont know how to make a good creative story without copy and pasting other spiderman games storylines
Loved what you guys did with Spider-Man 5. A Spider-Man 6 would fit perfectly to close out this hypothetical continuity. Perhaps maybe Carnage or Miles Warren could be the villain and perhaps it can follow up with that ending that was given in this story
And probably make the sinister six which would be clones of the previous villains and lizard make 6

The saddest part is that Connors probably could have been the most developed villain in the Raimi series, because he's one of the few minor characters who's been there for *multiple movies* , giving him plenty of buildup and a connection with the audience.
i have no Problem with Movie 1's Goblin. That was worked in well enough for a script with no previous films to lean on.

This was a great one. You really feel for Dr. Conners and feel angry at Dr. Warren. And I hope you continue this one because a cliffhanger like that can't be ignored.
As for what I'd like to see in the future, maybe a "What if Mulan 2 was better?"

@@masedaace5473 Because if Civil War taught us anything, it's that a bad storyline can be made great if handled right. That movie greatly improved on what was a God awful comic, and I have no doubt Walter will do the same.
I'd bet on Ben, the Spiderman clone - as a Nurse with such a disfigured face as Warren is shown with would be a thing nobody would go past...

The Mary Jane cliffhanger at the end here gave me strong "Spider-Man: The Animated Series" vibes when MJ was brought back as a clone by Miles Warren! I hope you can make a part 2 of Ariel as a Siren and 2 X-Men Fanscriptions for What If Archangel was in X2: X-Men United leading to What If Bryan Singer and Matthew Vaughn directed X-Men 3 in 2 parts of the Dark Phoenix saga X3: Phoenix Rising and X4: Dark Phoenix. Um pretty sure MJ and the other spidey are clones. Miles Warren, the Jackal, is known for his cloning experiments in the comics and kicking off the clone saga. The spidey clone of course being the scarlet spider, Ben Reilly.

Me too! Crystal Skull wasn't good at all! I didn't mind the whole fridge thing or the fact that there's aliens but the whole shia labeouf son thing killed the movie for me.
@@kdusel1991 The aliens were not the problem, after "GOD" made several appearances previously, it was not too outrageous... it was how horrible the Effects looked. The Fridge was unforgivable though, especially as they later redid the inflatable boat thing with this amphibious truck, so one physics defying stunt a movie would have been more than enough.
Didn't like the former friend turning on Indy either. Meanwhile Ravenwood going nutters was maybe not well enough done, but a good idea.

I have so many questions! Please please PLEASE continue this story! I love that you didn't shy away from making Miles Warren a villain, it really goes to show that you can't trust anyone, even if the cause is claimed to be a good one. My thought is that the imposter is a possible Chameleon character, and is also Mary Jane Watson.
I think she is a clone no doubt and I think Jackal should clone the other villains that would be this version of the sinister six

What I loved the most from this was how you included Bruce Campbell as Mysterio since that was in the storyboard for the canceled Spider-Man 4.
I presume that in your Spider-Man 6 story, you're going to reveal that Mary Jane is really a clone created by Miles Warren. With that, the other Spider-Man that fell is a clone of Peter.

@@srstriker6420 I guess it could be possible. For Octavious’ clone, he would need to build a new set of tentacles for him to operate if the blueprints of them are lying around somewhere. Sandman wouldn’t join though see he and Peter ended on good terms. Unless he’s blackmailed with something against Penny.
