As a geography geek, the Himalayan ranges that can be seen from certain places in Nagaland are the Eastern Himalayas of Bhutan, Parts of southern Tibet and Arunachal Pradesh, notable mountains such as Mt. Kangto in Arunachal and Mt. Gangkhar Puensum in Bhutan since these are the Peaks that are closer to the relative position of nagaland. These mountains are visible from the Shillong plateau(hill top) and parts of Assam too on a clear day.

What to do...our central government had ignored the northeast for so long decades because of the fear of China invasion, because of our culture, because of our looks etc etc and our state government itself corruption is way beyond explanation. In addition to these even today our Indian mainlanders are very excellent in discriminating, politicizing, racism towards the northeastern.
However, nevertheless all these are temporary and our center govt as well as people started to come forward with positivity, unity and loves really amazed me.
