Our S.P. sir is a fully a spiritual person, this spirituality reflects in his deals and attitudes. For me I feel he is a combination of a sadhu(hindu)and a priest(christian) his soft and beautiful words are making him very different from others. As his name Bharat he is a person of unity in diversity, and religiously very much a secular person as India (Bharat) stood as per its Constitution. I never experienced in a short span of his tenure as police chief of the district, he was angry or getting scolded any one. Serious matters, issues which to be handled with might and power as a police officer he handled it peacefully and solve the issues kind heartedly and bring the heated issues calm and quite and maintain peace and tranquility as he quoted the Bible words 'blessed are the peace makers' as a Police officer and main duty of policing i.e. peace making, he is a best example for it, I am sure honestly people will agree with it. His words in this vlog he reveals what is exactly Nagaland and its village life and how it is far away from crime and its bad scenarios compares to other parts of the country. He raised the curtain of Nagaland and its people and false thoughts and assumption by this non local bureaucrat of the state. Thank you sir, best wishes to you and family.

Because only a handful of us the locals can crack the exams which places them in such positions😬
Upsc exam we have to clear no political issue involved in this job or exam,encourage the youth of Nagaland to clear this exam and bring change by its own people
