this was nice.. had energy and your breakdowns are spot on
Yeah it's a good one! Thanks! /Andrei
mick gordon established the sound of doom 2016 and doom eternal, david levy (the guy that made this track) and andrew holshult where both hired to make music for the dlc's. the level takes place in the middle of the ocean during a storm hence the aquatic theme for the song, and the synth parts are due to the industrial giant oil rig you treverse in this level.
That's so cool! So we kinda got the right imagery from the sound and artwork. That's how you know soundtracks are done well! /Andrei
Doom Eternal and Doom 2016 music makes you feel like you can kill the Sun.
Kill the unkillable... twice! / George
10:28 this is why this is my favorite track from the DLC
It's one of our favorites too! Mental riffage! / George
This is definitely my favorite non-Mick soundtracks from Doom :)
From what I've heard so far, mine as well... /Andrei
Idk blood swamps kinda shmacks
@@thewindmillfullovcorpses doom music it never gets old
The part where you edited in DAYUM is where you fight two of the strongest enemies in the game at once. Up until then you’ve only ever faced one of them at a time. You basically end up going in a circle around the arena fighting these two badasses while sweating like a madman as they chase you relentlessly
I mean, that actually sounds pretty DAYUM and pretty damn brutal. I assume it's difficult as fvck to nail them both. /Andrei
you mean marauders?
Archvile are the strongest, no one can debate that
@@Pedro-sq6gq lol no
@@BigOuterHeaven All my UN runs i get outplayed because how annoying Archviles can be, marauders is just timing
Now do Immora by David Levy. Twice as fast and heavy
Stay Tuned! /Andrei
@@thewindmillfullovcorpses hell yeah!
Really glad this track got the attention it deserves, it is so underrated. I love how dynamic and groovy the stems are, you can tell a great emphasis was placed in the drums and rythm section. It feels extensive, uninterrupted, stable even in comparison with other tracks. David Levy's style is considered by many not "Doom" enough, but it certainly feels like music more jam friendly, and one of my favs to listen while working or exercising, or even while moving around the city. Also extremely fun to play on bass.
Yeah it's definitely more listener-friendly. It's probably why it was so gripping on first listen. I can see the difference from Mick but it still sounds Doom enough for this poser right here hehe. Got more Levy coming Sunday! / George
@@thewindmillfullovcorpses don’t listen to blackpink
Now you guys have made me like this particular song. also I know you guys have done The Blood Swamps already BUT, but but but, you should definitely react to Komas version just because the one you guys did was a edited version. hope you guys get around to doing it!!!
Request #2 or 3 and counting!!
People have told us we did the wrong version. Would be cool to come back to Blood Swamps. /Andrei
Yes I think you guys will get MUCH MUCH mor VIOLENCE out of Komas version
Please react to immora
Oh I so can’t wait until you guys hear Koma’s rip and tear v3.
Immora is another Levy track listen to it next
Stay Tuned! /Andrei
Best part 9:20
Mick Gordon, Andrew Hulshult, and David Levy is the Triforce of Doom.
The un-holy trinity aye? / George
I WAS FUCKING WAITING FOR THIS!
DOOM. KEEP IT UP!
Glad you like it! Doom keeps coming! /Andrei
You definitely need to react to all of Andrew Hushult and David Levy's soundtracks remixed by Koma. You won't regret it.
In due time!
No matter how many times I hear the transition at 9:20, that's exactly how I respond.
This is my favorite soundtrack in both of the DLCs, the "heavy fighting" sequences in it are just such a blast to listen to.
I LOVE the heavy fighting stuff! /Andrei
NGL, I find Levy goes harder than Hulshult.
They're both super heavy, only heard a few songs from each so it's hard to properly compare for me. /Andrei
You know, I love Doom 'day !!! It is so powerful. 💪💪💪 Atlantica is totally awesome, so STRONGGG !!! Like this special reaction ! I had the impression that the 18 minutes lasted only 3 minutes. Great job guys ! 🤘🤘🤘
Yo if we do time compression we must be good right? Glad you like it bro, thanks a ton! /Andrei
Between 12:20 and 12:30 is my favourite part and it make me die of laughing because I imagine someone trying to start his trash car and it doesn't work, like it's bugging and dark smoking like nothing goes right and that's so funny for me!
The slowdowns! ON POINT! 👌 maybe my favorite part!
That stuff's so brootal! / George
Plz react to cyberdemon next on Mick's channel, it's chillingly good
Edit: my bad, I was thinking about skullhacker, but cyberdemon is good too
Not a very suggested one but it's on our list! /Andrei
interesting so far
you have to check out Immora (Koma's mix) by Levy, it's probably his best one
This is my favorite song!
aight, now i'm gonna need you's to check out Trial of Maligog. another Levy track from this DLC, its absolutely amazing!!!
DISTANT - AEONS OF OBLIVION
- Aeons of Oblivion ft. Adam Warren
- Dawn of Corruption
- Dusk of Anguish ft. John Robert C
I can't wait to see your souls flickering under your skin...
Soo fucking good.
What a HUGE banger! Nice find ♥
Glad you likey! / George
"Prototype" from Mick Gordon for Wolfenstein: The New Order. This Track rocks!
Written down. /Andrei
It’s pretty good, but I got to admit.. it’s not Mick Gordon level.. but it’s my opinion haha!
Must admit.. the breakdowns are siiiiiick!!!🤘
Awesome review guys!! As always!!
There's just something about Mick huh? He's the best! /Andrei
The only way I could describe this song with its lighter, sharper guitar tone is like someone running one of those arcing plasma balls on nuclear fusion
Accurate :)))))
I can't wait for you to react to world spear, its probably the best Andrew hulshult has put out next to reclaimed earth
Reclaimed Earth is coming. I don't think we have World Spear recorded though... /Andrei
Ah yes, more PURE PAIN & VIOLENCE
The most wholesome of feels!
