Voyage to the bottom of the sea SeaView submarine. Custom modding with electronics and sound chip. This was a child hood dream of mine and now as an adult, I made it a reality!
What fond memories of my childhood from this beautiful television series. I am retired from Pemex (Mexico). And I worked in the operation of the Petrochemical plants, and the plant crews were copied from this series and the Seaview submarine systems. From there I took a love for Science and Technology. Beautiful Aerodynamic design of this Ship. Thanks for sharing. Greetings from Mexico.
This is such great work. My father and mother would have loved to have seen this video. They loved watching the show together. Great childhood memories. Thank you!
There were plastic model kits of Seaview and the Flying Sub. I liked the Flying Sub because the model was bigger and you could open up the top to see inside.
What an incredibly talented job! Stunning! I watched the show way back in the day and was a big fan. Ironically, back in the 70s, I used to fantasize about a Seaview model that had a visible, functioning control room and wow, here it is! This is my favorite version of the Seaview. The original movie and early TV seasons Seaview had the 8-glass observation nose, which is the one so many of us got in the Aurora kit. If you haven't done so, you should consider posting your video on David Hedison's Facebook page. He appreciates fans and would very likely enjoy this.
Uberplacoderm, I remember the Remco toy version. Sadly, I gave it away or threw it away, & regret it to this day! It was great, it had a windup knob in the front for sailing it in the t the front of the Toy Seaview. Sigh!
Also, it came with 2 torpedoes which I believe could be loaded from the front and the windup knob in the front was attached to a rubber band that would enable it to sail in the bathtub, which I would play w/ it, or in your swimming pool, and it even had an attachment at the top of the sub, where you tie a strong cord or string to sail it in a small pond. I never did this for fear of losing it!
Isso é gozado pois todos os submarinos são apertados dentro e porque o seawiel é espaçoso dentro não dá pra entender 🤔🤨?? Tá prá explicar isso por favor 🤨🤔!?
It´s was a part of my childhood. Thank you!
Loved the show back in the 60's. still do !

Sadly, ACLTony, David Hedison passed away about 3 years ago. But his memory lives on forever!
Awesome.I love the yellow paint scheme. I've only seen it in one other example, the Remco toy version, and it looks right.

Excellent work but I think the front fins angle downward too much.
Is this the old plastic model I saw as a kid or something newer? It's hard to tell the scale. Nice job, either way.
