On my large TV i can either use it to either mirror my windows laptop or my ipad using apple tv with the help of hdmi hub. I have extra ipad which i can now put to use and I keep my TV screen dedicted for my online tutorials/youtube videos. This is just awesome. I am greatly delighted that this will help me in reducing turn around time to prepare my notes and reduce fatigue. Thanks a ton for such a good video. Keep coming more. Yeh dil maange more, aha!

There is a function right in all apple devices, I'm confused, why is that built in function not working? you just swipe down from the top of your iphone and click on "screen mirroring". Why is that not working?

I need help. I’m trying to monitor the video I’m recording with my iPhone to my iPad. I want the horizontal/landscape recording on my iPhone to be mirrored as horizontal/landscape on my iPad filling the iPad screen, but I keep getting only a vertical strip of the iPad mirroring when I have my iPad standing in a horizontal position. Please help
Did you get an answer to this? I’m literally trying to do the same thing. I do create process videos and want to be able to see what I’m recording on iPad through my phone so I can then edit and upload to RUclips .
Should be able to do this without apps by the way this app is not free. $5 a week for something so stupid like this is a total rip off you should be ashamed

@@Mr.T_IT_Solution Doesn't work well as when on the road moving around the wifi signal is weak so not recommended. If you want to stream video for the kids etc in a car, best option is to mount separate iPads and install VLC player and install videos.

you did an informative video the only thing I found missing was how to stop the screen mirroring. I only want to use when watching a movie since my iPad keyboard doesn’t work properly since I cracked the screen a bit. However, I can still use the screen for movies it’s just the keyboard that’s a problem for me. So I want to use screen mirroring only for movies or long videos but stop it when video /movie is done. I will see if it’s just a matter of disabling the feature but I thought I would mention it was information missing from your video. However, you provided exactly the information I was seeking and I really appreciate how you provided the link for the app. Much appreciated!
It’s glitchy, sometimes you have to exit both apps then restart. I use it but i have to do this if the connection is lost because the apps not fool proof but it does work 🤪

I need to do this when there is no wifi. IE I am using my ipad to fly a drone, I want a client to see what I see on an ipad, can tis be done. It doesnt work when using hotpsot
What if I don’t have a Wi-Fi network? Does this go through the internet? Is there anything like airplay. I can airplay to the Mac not not the other way

Only addition I would want is to be able to press record and to zoom in and out on iphone from the ipad… that would be perfect for top down recording where you cannot see the screen of the iphone :) does anyone know of a way to do this? :)

I think you just arrange them in the same orientation and make sure that orientation lock is off
